around 40, im not really for heavy workouts, just like to do 6 sets of weights, some pushups and some sit ups each day. Mainly to keep fit.

Anyway, over 100 is a tad hard to believe. But whatever
I can do 25, maybe 30. If it's a day after a heavy chest workout then it dips down a bit. To be fair, I only started working out in March and my physical exertion before that consisted of going up and down the stairs to get food.
I did solid workouts from Nov 07 - May 08
