this game has a really weird glitchy/laggy feel to it. is it just me?

I played some with Desert and i g today. Lots of people playing, but there is always a free spot.

Knife only servers are the . You have people going in circles, jumping around and swinging their M9 knife. The chances of survival increase if you hunt in packs.

It looks like they tried to clean up on what they did to Soldier Front.

As soon as I saw that I still had to lease my equipment, I uninstalled the game without a 2nd thought. That's un-fucking-acceptable that I can't just buy equipment, leasing it is the dumbest idea for buying equipment EVER in my opinion, no exceptions.

From what you all are saying, it seems they haven't fixed the retarded latency issues either.

I thought it might be better after the BETA, seems the hit detection is worse. The L96 is best bet for getting kills, though at long range, bullets seem to disappear. Also, if you are half hidden behind an object, you can shoot out, but you cant be shot back from the same direction. Not to mention that your accuracy is better firing from the hip vs a scope when using an assault rifle. Bout a billion other things. Pretty gay how you cant buy stuff either.

A lot of bitching for a free game ...

Leasing lets me try out a weapon and only keep weapons in inventory that I like. And points come pretty easy in this game, so I don't hardly notice going in and grabbing my USP again when it runs out.

Check out some different servers ... seriously I have never had lag in 10 hours of play.

Or they could just let you buy the weapon and then sell it back for a little under the original price if you don't like the gun.

At least you don't have to repair them anymore, that made it plain out impossible to ever gain money, you could only slowly lose it until you had nothing left and would eventually have to learn to use a completely damaged weapon, which meant worse accuracy and damage I think.

I run around the map and it seems smooth, the other people are jumping all around. I doubt its them though, just the game. Its not bad though, besides the fact it seems you do more damage shooting a guy in the legs compared to the chest, the aforementioned disappearing bullets and cover glitches, and the fact you cant purchase weapons to keep.

I haven't played in a while and I reformatted my computer and now it does seem a little laggy. Before I reformatted, I can easily say I had a constant 60 FPS and now I'm playing with about 30 FPS now... I even lowered the settings and it's still around 30 FPS.
