Jesus it feels like the 9 series of Geforce cards didn't even come out! 9800GX2 then the GTX series come straight out after lol I'm the type of person who will wait until the price drops though, before I upgrade my GPU (currently 8600GT) I am gona do my whole pc (excluding gpu) because just off of ebuyer, I am going to get 4GB Ram, Core 2 Quad 6600, 600W PSU, and the motherboard to go with the processor, for less then £300 so I will wait until the price of GPU's drop until I upgrade that, as to me, my CPU needs upgrading more (still got athlon 64 3000 single core) the 8800 series of cards are coming down in price fairly quick now so I will prob get an 8800GTX when they are a reasonable price, as you can tell I'm not a cutting edge type of person lol but I always think, if I was to buy the absolute latest card, a newer one that is much better would come out very shortly after that, and I would be annoyed because the whole point of buying one is to have the best, hardware for computers just progresses too quickly for me, I think that unless you are a hardcore Crysis player, then a single 8800GT or GTX etc is more than enough to play any game for at least a couple of years
