Lol, we got swept by the Mets in a 4 game series, were done. Now 6.5 games from first with the Giants coming into town on Friday. Great scheduling.

lol lead off triple
lol@zambrano
When are the Yankees gonna get rid of this giant piece of shit?
Seriously. So fucking done with him. Pretty much on par with the Hideki Irabu (RIP) and Carl Pavano contracts in terms of shittiness. He's stayed healthy, sure... but he's not even good enough to be the 5th pitcher in the rotation.
Something about Yankees overspending on Career year free agents and constantly getting burned I heard.
Yeah like that Mark Teixeira guy. He blows. And that CC Sabathia. Terrible player.

both have kind of underperformed for the expectations and money though, you have to admit that objectively
Halos making a push in the West. Plus Weaver was a nice guy and took a hometown discount. I smoked his weed one time when he was still at CSULB, which pretty much makes us brothers.

i don't think someone who has Vernon Wells on their team is in any position to talk about performance-contract ratioKEN-JENNINGS wrote:

Every team has their bad signings. Look at the Sox. Lackey is well, Lackey. Crawford hasn't performed up to par. The list goes on over the years for all the teams that are buyers come August. It's nice though when your farm system produces some studs. Then again, the smaller market teams usually lose those studs when pay day comes. I'm all for a salary cap in MLB. Oh and put the DH in both leagues.
