Long time user of Outlook and always have and still have it available for free. Have about 12 email accounts I actively check.
I just switched over to using Thunderbird mainly because checking my mail at home has become a matter of archiving and after the fact; I mostly interact with email on my phone. Secondly the addon which perform syncing features with Google such as contacts are more mature (important since the phone gets its contact from a gmail account).

Hotmail, just like every other 18 year old. Primarily because of its use with MSN. Serious emails regarding serious issues are sent to another address, as my current msn'ing address was made when I was 14, and you know what its going to end up being like.
