Lebanon - Scatman John

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Anyone mention Sinatra's "I Did It My Way" that'll be up there for me.
I'd also say Clapton's "Tears in Heaven" will be there....I love Clapton. Maybe I'd even say his rendition of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"
BUT MOST DEFINITELY, Bruddah Iz's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow/Wonderful World" is in my fucking funeral.
If you're looking for something cheery and light hearted, Dire Straits' "Walk of Life"

I've thought this out quite well lol.

Now is it more emo to think about your song you want to be played on your funeral, or quoting yourself as a cry for attention

(edit: to be played, not to play obviously)

Thriller would be awesome.  Especially the part where Vincent Price talks.  Maybe rig the casket to open when he's done.

I think the Team America band is actually DVDA.

A Million Miles Away - Rory Gallagher

... would seem quite appropriate for a funeral, imo.
