Some days ago i went playing with an old account on my server and got frustrated, because i didn´t hit anything (KDR of 20:20). I left the server and reconnected with another account and scored 21:0. So i compared those two accounts and the only difference i found was, that on my old account i had the first connection type checked (GeneralSettings.setConnectionType 4) and on the other, it was the T1/cable (GeneralSettings.setConnectionType 5) option.
Does this setting really has a major impact on hitreg? Why are those Settings Type 4 and 5? Is there a type 6 or a type 3? Which type is appropriate for a DSL 2000 connection? What do those settings change?
