You didn't buy that then
@ Floppy, it says that it utilises RF signals at 800MHz. Is that good or bad?

Will do, but likely uneventful since SoCal doesn't have 4G.jsnipy wrote:

I think the summer workers at the store forgot to part out the broken Lenovo before they threw it out. That's like 200€ worth of components right there
How much for the CPU?

Bought a replacement for my 1985 vintage programmable calculator.

Words can't express how glad I am to find a brand new near identical model, same key locations (mostly), same obscure operation mode, same programming language etc.
I might buy a couple of spares.

Fuck Israel
Just went nuts on ebay. New batteries for my Lenovo R500, Lenovo X41T and Compaq NX9420. On a non-tech note I also picked up 4 Wacken tickets
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
Uh-oh. The last time I bought an Ebay battery for my nx9420, it didn't even fit.max wrote:

...by the way, do you need the screen for yours? Because mine's so worn down that it's not funny
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
Quadruple checked that everything matches up. Should be fine.
My screen is doing fine . Using that laptop as a bedside, general tinkering and linux PC.

And what I meant by "didn't fit" is that it was the right model and all, except it was so cheaply built that it didn't fit. Let's just hope you get a better one.

I see. Oh well, can't really go wrong with a $35 product. My current battery is completely fucked. I can get maybe 5 min out of it. All the batteries I ordered for my other lappys worked well

Not mine. I'm actually going to a computer store to buy a new OEM battery for my lappy, I've had it with the Chinese ones.

Max, when are you gonna send me that mobo and other crap for my server? You're always afk on msn and xfire .max wrote:

Pep boy approves, but this thing better be as awesome as they say.
kzThe awesome 128 bit graphics mean you can watch that happen in jaw-dropping detail, (butt sling not included).
edit: got the Grinch with it. Ecco DoF, Armada and Super Magnetic Neo are on the way.

Anyone know how to swap audio channels? In CS:S my left/right are swapped, so when a gunshot goes off on my left it comes in on my right side of my headphones. Only happens in CS:S as far as I know. Currently using onboard sound with my Asus P5Q Pro.
inb4wearheadphonesbackwards, it's uncomfy.
