Just went nuts on ebay. New batteries for my Lenovo R500, Lenovo X41T and Compaq NX9420. On a non-tech note I also picked up 4 Wacken tickets

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

And what I meant by "didn't fit" is that it was the right model and all, except it was so cheaply built that it didn't fit. Let's just hope you get a better one.

Not mine. I'm actually going to a computer store to buy a new OEM battery for my lappy, I've had it with the Chinese ones.
