fanboyism is shitty loyalty to any one brand, or elitism/snobbery without cause...
yes, i own apple products, so fucking what? it doesnt invalidate my opinion on all technology, for fuck's sake. i also own (considerably more) microsoft/windows products- does that also make me the lovechild of bill gates? no. im calling out the bandwagon-hopping, quote-training, meme-recycling 'fanboys' that automatically bash anyone and their "waste of money" when they decide to buy an apple product. it's like me saying you're burning your $$$ everytime you buy a technics audio product, because OF COURSE you should buy vestax instead!!1111one. at the end of the day he bought a gadget that he wanted - for whatever reason, that's his prerogative as a consumer with the cash to spend - and pointless android worshippers / anti-apple faggot cavalry (both groups are normally one and the same) just flood it with pointless, non-constructive bullshit.
imo the ipod touch isn't worth getting for myself personally, because of no functional need that isnt covered by other gadgets of mine... but im not gonna shit on cammy's new purchase that he's excited about just because the new toy has an apple logo on it, or cost 'x' amount more than it 'should'. that doesnt make me a fanboy, it makes me a /sigh'ing reader that is calling out your fucking braindead mentality.
