doesnt microsoft have a copyright on that controller design i mean most third party controllers are ussually slightly different in shape to avoid lawsuites but this thing looks like a 360 controller painted black without the 360 button

It shouldnt be that way because the WASD is maped to the left analog stick, not the buttons. Why WOULD they put anything else on a 360 shaped controller anyway? It wouldn't make sence.

The analog stick controls movement, not the XYAB buttons
