One thing, don't make the offline account with the same name as your online account, gets annoying if you log onto the wrong one. :sCyrax-Sektor wrote:

I recommend getting this small singleplayer mod for vanilla BF2, it gives you the larger map sizes, and the jets n choppers that are only on those
This is a small download. I also would second AIX as a suggestion, but that is a much larger file.

I played some single player. There were some great map packs:
GAUs_BF2_Mappack_v3.exe and
totalbf2_map_pack_3.exe
(donno if they work with the latest patches though)
definitely try those is You're going to play single player.
And change the bots to 32 or 64 and diffecault level/clever AI.
Try to win as all sides on all maps. Loads of fun.

practice in vehicles so when you go MP people don't get pissed at you for tipping the chopper when taking off.
I've been playing for about a year and a half (since 1.3), so I got the heli down...Ill check out the jets on Clean Sweep
