Falcons really are the best ships to troll people with in EVE.
Scorps are good too. One of my favorite ships was an armor scorp with torps, hobs/hammers, heavy neuts, jammers, scram/web, and cap booster. Somewhat cheap and hella fun.

Oh definitely, we'd be in the middle of an armor BS fight. Deliberately picking the fight outnumbered so we could warp 3 scorps in 100 off and make them all sad.
