on the same day a 14 year old black girl was killed by a stray bullet while riding on a bus. it made took up half of page 17 and this was in the less-racist(daily news) new york mainstream paper. these incidents occur everyday. uzique's statement is not an exaggeration. we would need a fully-staffed, 24/7 news channel to cover these stories. it was given special attention because the media places more importance on the lives of whites over other races and ethnicities.
