I have nothing left assigned to this year's budget to spend on video games. The Steam sales are great, but they throw packages together too arbitrarily, biting everyone in the ass who's ever purchased one of the games individually. Wouldn't be so bad if they gave you more duplicate copies to account for games you've already purchased at full price.

And I wish more retail copies had keys that were compatible with Steam. There's no excuse for them not to (I'm looking at you, BC2).

L4D2 is good, but for some reason I'm really liking Killing Floor a lot more. Probably cause the zombies are actually challenging and not mowed down like grass.

I had all kinds of issues trying to get World of Goo to start, I think I ended up disabling desktop composition, run as admin, and run in windowed mode. Maybe one of those screwed up steams ability to keep track of the play time.

And I'll likely download Killing floor in the next day or two.

He's from Canada. In case you didn't know we do share the same continent but are in fact two distinct countries (we even have separate governemnts and laws!) The only cell carrier in the US (afaik) that has tiered data plans with no option for 'unlimited' is AT&T.
