noice
i had similar problem - my arm has been dislocated like that many times while playing basketball and i thought it'd heal on its own. cost me an arm and a leg (no pun intended) to fix it properly later.KuSTaV wrote:
Dislocated it 5+ times, popped out 10+. The piece of muscle, or maybe its bone or cartilage, cant remember which, has been torn and the bone has been mashed down to nothing so now theres hardly anything holding my shoulder in place because its dislocated so many times. Once you dislocate it properly, it becomes easier the next time to dislocate and so on.
Even the surgeon said its pretty fucked. Also said of one guy having a similar problem, and didnt have it looked at for 40 years, and didnt move his arm above his head in that time, because thats when it'd dislocate. One doctor said if I dont get it fixed, I'll be looking at arthritis in 5-10 years time. So I dont really want to deal with that at 23 years old.
Thats the word. Thats just when it comes out and goes back quickly right?liquidat0r wrote:
I subluxated my shoulder two weeks ago.
I think it's more like where it doesn't come out all the way.KuSTaV wrote:

I can dislocate my shoulder at will with no pain. I usually do it as a drunken party trick to freak people out
