I don't know in the States but in Italy we have a lot of Smart cars, this is a Smart car if you don't know :

Now I don't have anything against the car, i mean its great for Rome, small and easy to park...but, I HATE THE DRIVERS!
They are mostly either women, but not any kind of women, but women over 40 who think since they have small tiny car they can do anything from waving in and out of traffic, doing turns that put other drivers in danger and parking in places such as on the corners of a very tight street.
This is a pic from google but I can assure you in Rome you will Smart cars parked like that every fucking where:
And that is not all, you will find Smart cars parked so badly that they occupy two parking spots, TWO FUCKING PARKING SPOTS FOR A FUCKING TINY CAR?
I saw a scene just now. Since its few days before Christmas parking in a big mall is pretty hard. This Mercedes GL was waiting for a car to move out from the parking spot, well the car comes and the Mercedes starts to go backwards to park and then suddenly this Smart car comes out of no where and tries to park at the place as the GL. Now this already is not gonna end up well, but..wait for it...........the Smart while trying to park hits a Land Rover Discovery that was parked next to it, and basically bounces off from the land rover. It literally bounced off and lost the headlights, the bumper and the grill with this incredibly loud and satisfying noise of plastic flying to bits. The Mercedes guy calmly parks his car, gets out and walks up to the Smart. He stops, applauds the lady for basically ruining her own car and walks away. Felt so good that I walked up to the lady and told her "Bring that toy of yours back home lady".
