Jean Jackets.
Pizza wasn't expensive.
I didn't own a Gameboy.
I played outside.
I dug in my backyard for no reason.
I knocked on my friends doors and asked their moms if so and so could come out and play.
I lit stuff on fire all the time. (Well, I still do that from time to time)
I dug holes on the beach just to see how deep I could go. (China was the ultimate goal)

I love watching cartoons from my youth. I had almost forgotten about "Doug". Yeah, Doug, the old Animated Batman and Tintin are some early favourites of mine. Animaniacs and that crew came later.
And sometime when I was eleven or twelve came Pokemon and the subsequent japanese cartoon years... sigh.
Hah, I just realised Doug is Billy West, the voice of Fry, (as well as many other Futurama voices,) as well as both Ren and Stimpy.

I use to wake up 6 am on weekdays for the early cartoon shows. Some would usually be foreign or re-runs.AussieReaper wrote:
