Is there any way to get a server taken down?

So, today I was looking for a Euro Force/Armored Fury server, and I came upon this little gem.
I happened upon a server with 41 players playing Operation Smoke Screen. It's pretty rare that EF/AF servers have anything above 30 people, so I was pretty excited.

The server was called =AoW= Time Server Ranked

Basically, you log into this server with its 5 hour time limit, and simply sit there. People do it just to fucking accumulate time played in Euro Force for the gay little medal. Honestly, it was probably the dumbest shit I've ever seen in my life. 40 people, sitting in this server, doing absolutely nothing. FOR A MEDAL! If you cap flags/kill anyone you get banned.

In the meantime, AF/EF servers suffer from lack of players while this shit stays up. It's impossible to find a full Euro Force or Armoed Fury server. The booster packs are so fun, but nobody ever fucking plays them. It's pathetic, and this server is dumb as fuck. Is there any way to get it taken down?

Look, I wouldn't mind them wasting time for badges, but the fact is all the other servers suffer. This server has 40-50 people, while other booster pack servers have like 20. It's pathetic. They would be SO MUCH MORE FUN if people played and we had full servers.

I just want to play on full servers. AF/EF are a blast when you get a full game going, but that's so rare most of the time that I don't even bother. I want to get the server taken down so that the population of the rest of the servers increases. I don't see the fun in padding for a medal.

Ok, so you somehow manage to take down a server by reporting them to EA. Which most likely won't happen(99.8% chance it won't, I've only seen a few servers taken down and those were the hacked ones). Then the admin just either A. Does nothing because nothing will happen B. Does nothing because nothing will happen. or C. Makes a new server without the words "time server" in it and informs people that it is a time server and kicks anyone he does not know for a fake reason.

In the end, you don't get what you were trying to achieve.

If they're on a time server they're clearly AFK or not ingame so they wouldn't be filling up the other servers anyway

and email EA if you want
