I am sorry to say we have done everything we can on your account. I understand how much these stats mean to players and to the communities eyes but we are unable to adjust your stats to the way you wish for us to do this. All I can suggest is to keep posting on the forums and the development teams will review for future adjustments.

Hey Drake,
You worked on my restore before. GLAD TO HAVE YOU BACK!! I'm not sure what's going on that soooo many people are getting PID spoofed but from the feedback I've been gettign on the battlefield forums it sounds pretty bad. I'm hearing from people that are on their third and fourth resets due to this. As you know I have already gone through the restore process once before. I started rebuilding my stats and then poof.....they're gone again this week through no fault of my own. What's the point in getting my badges and points again to just get hacked again next week or month? I know from our previous conversations that the script EA created to restore accounts only restored basic things. However, I can't help but feel like EA support takes lightly the amount of work people put in to this game and then wonders why all these BF2 players are so pissed to see that support isn't doing jack shit to fix the problem. At least show some sympathy to people who worked at this game and attained the awards and ranks available. Sympathy is not the same half-ass restore that EA offers time and time again! A little more effort on EA's part would be nice. Especially considering BF3 will be coming out and pissing off most of your Battlefield community might not be economically sound!

As we stated previously unfortunately we are only able to restore your Rank, Global Score, Commander Score, Team Score, and Combat score to what you had earned prior to March 22, 2008. Your ribbons, badges, time played or anything else not listed above will need to be earned again.

Alex,
I appreciate your I apology for my disappointment and inconvenience but the fact remains that my account is useless without the time, and badges. I can not make the rank of General without them. There must be some way to correct this problem. If you say there is not then I would like this ticket escalated to your manager. By not restoring my account correctly it will have killed the game for me and have lost EA a customer for any further products.

Your screenshot shows a difference of less then 300 points for you global score, the exact commander score, a difference of less then 200 for the combat score, and less then 200 for the team score.
We always listed the combat score as something we can return. If you go back to the reply sent to you March 31st; "What we will do for you: We can restore your Rank, Global Score, Commander Score, Team Score, and Combat score"
This situation was the result of a server exploiting our system and has been corrected. Server providers should not allow this to happen again.
We do not have the resources to restore your hours played, expert badges and medals. I apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience that this causes you.

I´ve been too over them. I noticed there is something real wrong in their process of "restoration";
after my third reset they told me what were the scores values they had restored. i sended to them a screenshot of BFHQ that showed them wrong. they´re having big problems, in my case, restoring the combat scores. if i add all scores they dont sum up to the global score, that was the fuking problem of my 2nd reset........
they just gave me back 4 stars status and told me this:

Joined a normal wake server and got 340k points woot. Week later I'm reset... Only thing I don't like is I lost all the unlocks and don't feel like reinstalling SF to get them.
I am getting seriously feed up with EA's bullshit excuses! I'm going to give things about one more day then I'm going to kick this issue to a higher level. If that means I have to call EA's main number and start social engineering people until I get some Vice Presidents extension then so be it! I'll bug the shit out of people there until they get to the point where they call down to support and say "GIVE HIM HIS FUCKING STATS BACK SO HE'LL QUIT CALLING US!!!!!" LOL I am almost excited at the thought of calling these over paid jerkoffs and ripping them a new ass!

For those of us that are in the higher ranks like Colonel or General we look like a bunch of hackers to people on servers when we show up at that rank and have 2 hours total game time.
