1. Watch the video and look at the spine...... very bad attempt at making the spine legit
2. The cover should only say "live"
3. Don't 360 games have holograms?
4. look at the top left corner of the back of the box... have any of your covers ever been that miss cut?
5. The intro is suspect, it's just a bunch of art thats been passed around the web for ages now..... your telling me that rockstar wouldn't have nothing fresh for the intro?....

1. Yes, the spine does look bad..
2. No it says 360 too on the cover..
3. The holgrams are stickers usually..
4. Im not sure Ill go check some of mine.
5. The intro looks legit. All of the previous GTA's have that kind of intro etc.

I think the only thing is the spine.

**EDIT** My games (CoD4, GH3, and 2 other games have those weird cut corners. Its legit.

1. Obviously he got it through a special way...I doubt they really cared about making it look like anything special.
2. No, not true. All of my 360 games have the 360 logo and the live logo on them.
3. Not sure what you mean by this.
4. Doesn't look mis-cut to me..
5. All previous GTA games in third person view have had that style of introduction.

I'll wait until I see some official news (or until I get my hands on the game myself) to prove it's fake.

Well, even if it's fake. This guy deserves a medal, as he did a pretty damn good job...I still think it's not fake though.
