Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is a problem that someone has already addressed but I have scoured forums and FAQs everywhere and come up with nothing.

When I try to join a multiplayer game of SF I'm just returned to the Multiplayer Server List. I don't get given and error message and BF doesn't crash or attempt to load the map; just a half second gap in the music and I'm back to the list.

BF2, Euroforce and AF all work fine and I patched to latest version AFTER installing Special Forces so I don't know what the problem is. Single player SF works OK as well but all that does is make me hungrier to play the maps online!

Does anyone have any ideas? Again sorry if this is a re-post but I couldn't find any help with this anywhere!

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I don't have an idea, but if all else fails, you might want to do a clean reinstall in this order:

BF2 > SF > 1.41 > EF > AF > 1.41

Actually, the absolut fool proof way would be :

BF2 > 1.41 >SF > 1.41 > EF > AF > 1.41

True, but not necessary.

SF doesn't need 1.41 and will patch any version of the original BF2, IIRC.

you forgot one.
