i searched the forum and didn't find a post about this problem.
Yesterday i was kicked from every server!
I searched the internet and found many posts about this problem,
but nothing helped me.
Some points to check to solve the problem:
* You should have admin-rights with the Playing-Windows-Account
* Maybe you have spy-ware
* ...

After the checks i wrote to PunkBuster
and now my problem is solved.
The answer from PunkBuster:

We have confirmed that the DVD copyprotection "Alpha-DVD" causes this kick. If you have recently watched a DVD (e.g. "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" for German customers) on your computer that installed this copyprotection, you need to uninstall it first.
The author of this tool offers an uninstall utility that you can download from here:
http://uninstall.settec.com/eng/
