- try downloading keyboard drivers (for example logitech drivers)

Wow, I'm not sure which is more weird, your keyboard spazzing or the fact I didn't have any trouble reading what you typed lol.

I'd go to hardware monitor, remove the keyboard from there, re-start and let it re-install, might fix it. If it's USB try a different port (might be a conflict [very unlikely]).

Edit: Oh and check your regional+language settings aren't set to Uzbekistan or summin stupid.

Press the FN button in the lower left corner of the keyboard.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity.
