BF2S Forums O/S Privileges

I have a friend that is experiencing problems with BF2 while connecting. He has Vista and when he enters a server he is kicked with the following message "Restriction: inadequate O/S privileges" Is he something with that he may not be logged on as administrator. And if this is the case how does he log on as administrator.
