You need to first get the 150 knife kills, once you got that (wich you have) then you have to kill 17 players IAR

Don't listen to them, they don't know what they're talking about. The way you're really supposed to get the gold collectors badge is to knife 17 people in a round, BUT>>, it has to be done from the back seat of a FAV.

As posted, yep, you need to fulfill both requirements. The 150 kills total in your career is generally earned first, then the In A Round (IAR) requirement after.

So yes, theoretically, you really can start a round with 133 total knife kills, go around knifing like crazy and earning 17 knife kills in the round, then emerging from the round victorious and covered in the blood of your fallen foes... brandishing your new Gold Collector's Badge.

Best of luck to you earning it! Hopefully you won't need a pistol + knife server. I'd suggest trying to resist the temptation, due to the potential score wipe... or if only so you have the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
