Im just starting to get all of my kit kdr above 1 and i recieved my silver sniper out of the blue and i thought "gee that was easy, i should try for a couple more silvers", after lookin at the requirements i found out that the IAR 's were 20 kills in a round and there were the stats time requirements, i got 30 kills in a round with the assult kit but it still didnt come up, do the stat requirements need to be filled or can you just get 20 kills in a round and receive the badge?
Well you FIRST have to get all global stats, (like the 15 houres with the kit and the basic), only AFTER you get that, you need 20 Kills IAR. So even if you got 20+ kills in one round with assault kit before the global requirements, you have to do it again after the globals are correct. Hope that made sense

To get your Veteran (silver) badges, you must first complete 15hrs in that kit, then get your 20 kills in a round.
If you have less than 15hrs, in the kit you get the 20 kills in, it will NOT award it to you.
Sniper has lower requirements, 15hrs, with 15 kills.
