I've noticed a disturbing trend.  It seems that those members of Chuys beloved site that complain the most about...oh I don't know, bunny hopping, dolphin diving, whoring (yes definitley whoring)...anyway, there seems to be this trend that shows that these individuals spend a large majority of their time in vehicles.  I 've just read a thread written by a young man who seems to be terribly excited about getting expert Spec Ops.  Not to take any wind out of his sails, but um he did it driving around in an APC.

Believe me, I am very aware that I am much older than most of you and don't have stats that match yours, but at the end of the day, with my boots on the ground (except when trying to earn an award that requires otherwise), I will give every single one of you a tussle you will not forget.

I guess I am old school, but the last time I checked, the object was to win.  I'll keep trying until my W/L ratio is better and my K/D ratio is above one.

Oh yeah and for God's sake, shut up, quit complaining and have fun.

You try and get 40 kills in a round. It's pretty damn hard on foot. Don't badmouth SysTray.

Anyway, if you're worried that tanks are overrunning people, go AT and sort it out.

We complain about the ones who exploit things, (e.g: bunny hopping: no-one in the world can move that fast and still fire accuratly, and still function normally as a human being.) but being in a Tank or Jet 24/7, although maybe a waste of the game's potential, it is still game-like, if you know what I mean, ( if you do, congratulations because I don't think I do.)

Anyway, having fun is what we do when we play BF2, complaining is what we do here.

I hear ya, I hear ya.  Yes, I do know it is hard to get 40 kills in a round on foot.  I personally really enjoy playing almost exclusively on foot.  That is not to say that if there is a need and a tank or APC is near by I won't jump in.  I actually am kind of the pot calling the kettle black as I got my basic Spec Opts while in a helicopter for Pete's sake.

I guess what I was so ironically complaining about was that there is a lot of chest pounding going on and not enough playing.

....and again I say shut up and have fun.

Hey, the only reason it's pointless is that we all wrapped it up so nicely. Also, we all agreed, so it didn't leave much room for debate in the first place.

I think that you should all note these are expert badges, From reading these forums it seems that every joe shmuck and harry thinks its there god given right to earn every award out there. Yes 40 kills is a lot for some of you, however realistically 40 kills on foot is simple in a single round. obv its much harder in a support type role, eg, the sniper, the support class, engineer. But for the rest, youve got to be kidding me if you cant get 40 kills on foot, and complain.  As i said, not everybody is suppoosed to earn all the awards

Since the game is based a lot on ranks people will always consider KD ratio being your main stats. Unlike your Win/Lose ratio which depends on your whole team, the KD ratio is all about how you do in battle. But I do think you can't say a person sucks just because they have a 1 KD. I got thousands of useless deaths from screwing around/TKing each other and they were applied to the stats...

im with u mate im a footman.. i give my viechles away ... i only use jets helos.. and transport cars of course if im driving along in a car an i see a few guys ahead of me i dont jump to the gunner seat.. i jump out wit my g36c rape over 1 with it cuz he sees me.. den follow hes friend and den he turns around an its all like AHHH AFUER MUSTES! (or whatever the mecs say) :p

i love ur sig u.s jackhammer   they should of put that in the game after e.a became aware of the "BUNNY HOPPING" epademic.. it would be like the purple heart... if u do it like 5 times in the whole round ... u get the ribbon (5 jumps within 15 seconds)
