I changed things like You killed x player by You owned x player (+2) and I the gun names at the top in orange. But when someone killed me it shows HUD_CHAT_YOUWEREKILLEDBY instead of
you were killed by x player. I see nothing wrong where you edit this
( C:/Program Files/EAGAMES/Battlefield2/mods/bf2/localization/english ) Thats what is written
HUD_CHAT_YOUWEREKILLEDBY You were killed by §0#PLAYERNAME#§1

How do I fix that?

it shud be this

HUD_CHAT_YOUWEREKILLEDBY You were killed by §0#PLAYERNAME#§1

there shud be some funny square brackets round it aswell

just copy and paste the square's from another line and paste them infront of you were killed by and at the end of the 1

edit: the square things i mean look like this [] but obviously smaller and no space between em

you shud know what i mean when u see it in the localisation
