I got an idea for a mod.....

Overkill:

Everything is bigger,stronger,faster.

Arty is 5 times bigger!

Tanks have 2 turrets!

Apcs have 2 missle launchers

Jeeps go twice as fast

Helis have 3x20 missles.

tv missles are are twice the blast radius.

Infantry have 12xmore health.

Snipers get that 50 cal semi auto sniper.

jets get air to ground missles,fighters get 4 bombs and 8 missles.

Bombers get 8 bombs and 6 missles.

Helis get rocket pods.

DAO shoots grenades.

Everyone has more ammo and a bigger clip size.

Snipers are full auto now as well.

Pistol changed to deagle

Birds (lots of different ones)
Humans (the human kind)

the birds have to crap on the humans, and the humans have to shoot the birds down with a .357, it's soo funny

wasn't there already a game like this called impossible creatures or something? You could go all Dr. Moreau on them and you'd have cheetahs with the wings of an eagle, or pretty much any combination and you'd battle them ... or something
