Yeah I thought that might be what they were doing, but you can see through the windows and see things behind.
I found a tool called Fluid Mask for Photoshop which could be what they are using, but still a manual process. I guess this is the sort of thing they are using as a fully automatic tool would not be 100% reliable.

Yeah automated.
Wouldn't be for any object that sits in the foreground, but probably based on either regular shapes or colors. e.g. the shape of the car in the image above.
The company that produced the image in my post seem to be producing the images daily for vehicles entering their site. I can't see someone sitting there all day everyday editing the images manually so thought maybe there was a tool.
I will keep looking As it is annoying me!

Hi Guys n Gals, Long time.
There might be someone here that will be able to answer me this questions.
I need a tool which will automatically change the background of an image, but keep the foreground intact.
e.g. this image found here...
See this image
The top half of the image's background has been replaced by a standard one with the logo in the top left.
Now I know I could do this in photoshop using either magic wand, or creating a path around the car, but I need this to be automated.
Anyone know of anything?
Many thanks

What i meant though is that I want to keep playing it, but everyone else has gotten bored and stopped playing. It is not as fun when you are playing with yourself (not a sexual reference)Negerkungen wrote:

Personally, coming from a vb script background and then moving into vb.net web/windows application development, I would suggest that you learn C# and use that as your language within the .NET framework.
Nothing wrong with vb.net, but the trend now with employers and the jobs that are out there for developers (.NET developers) is towards C#.
Also, I would say that the .NET Framework is probably the best to go for as there are many areas which you can specialise in and make a career out of it.
C# ASP.NET MVC3 Razor ftw!!!

Does anyone know if there is a massive difference between
Intel Core i7 740QM (1.73 Ghz, 6MB, 4C)
v
Intel Core i7 Processor 620M(2.66Ghz, 4MB cache)
Is it worth spending an extra £110 for the second CPU?

Hi guys! *wave*
I was thinking of spending some money on one of these bad boys. Sony NEX-3
Sony NEX-3

Now firstly, I don't really know much about the quality of cameras or manufacturers. All I know is that I have had a Sony P200 for about 7 years or so and it has been with me around the world and never let me down.
Sony p200

Secondly, I was thinking of buying this in the US when I am there at the end of the month, which would probably save me a bit of money. But this will not come with a UK power lead, so would I be able to get one here that would work with it?

Great movie.
I watched it the other week after being a bit sceptical about it and the reviews I had heard. However even if you are not a football (soccer) fan, or know anything about Brian Clough, I recommend you watch it.

also if you pause, then press the up and left arrow keys simultaneously on your numeric keypad

Wow noticed 2 pages and thought "Hey some cool folk on this forum have given me loads of suggestions"
How wrong was I... It is not a "Should I go drinking in NY or DC" thread, so please keep to the topic at hand, or are your little brains not capable of that?
Thanks to the actual suggestions though, I will check them out. Any more suggestions?

I am visiting Manhattan again this year, so looking for some good places to eat, drink and party the night away.
Myself and my wife have been a few times now but never really left the touristy areas, so when ever we went out for food it was always around the Times Square area, or once in a while to fancier places which we knew about from movie's (Serendipity), or the romantic places she had read about in magazines.
So could you tell me some good places, nothing too fancy or smartly dressed? When ever we search the web for places, we always end up reading about a bar or restaurant which sounds really good, but then you find out that you need to be an A list'er to get in, or have shit loads of money to spend on one drink.
Cheers.

nah see Scottish slang for a child or baby is "Wee'un" which sounds more like "Wean" but with other accents it sounds more "Wayne"
