And a tip for your tv guiding: Try to learn to switch seats, press the rightmouse button 'at the same time' (but that the pc sees it as slower, or it won't work ), and directly after the rightmouse button, the left mousebutton. Then you can fire tv missiles faster then macro's, and you dont need to wait for the chopper to face the enemy

and they frequently fly at high altitudes.

That means they are not a good chopper crew. Going so high means everyone can see and anticipate on what you are doing. Chances of getting spotted are >70% of you go high, whilst if you fly at ground level (NOTE: I don't recommend this for the wannabe pilots, you will get shot down), you hardly ever get spotted, and planes tend to ignore you.

I tried shooting down some planes myself today, but it failed... Some very close shots, also the explosion but no damage done shots happened quite a few times Shooting down choppers is always too easy, as long as they don't hunt you

Thats not true. If a good chopper is fighting another good chopper, tanks can easily take out the choppers. The chance of having 2 good choppers fighting each other in a public servers, is none-existent

On the first page you said something about being 40+ and having slow reflexes... That does not matter at all. Something not many 'gamers' (IMO they are not actually gamers) realize, is that its about how you think Sadly enough most people can't or don't want to think...

In Dalian I shoot down choppers that are at 300 meters height and 500 meters away ^^. But thats not the point, everyone can make a bragmovie... done that several times (always to proof a point, many people miss it ).

About 15 min ago some 2star noob thought that 1280*1024 was the highest resolution possible for bf2. That guy was dumb (he also sucked hard).

Yesterday i was playing with my brother, he wanted to fly a chopper with me in sharqi... it was taken so i grabbed a tank. After my first kill against a chopper i noticed it was my good friend underdog_1986. Shot him down more then in the movie, but he (mostly his gunner) got me a few times. I blame teamspeak for that

About the frame thing... I notice the difference between 60 and 65 frames per second. Because of autistic i can see every frame as if its played like a slide-show. Not that it really matters during gaming if i have 60 or even 80, i do see the difference (Only on (fast) moving things).

Besides, many 'gamers' i know, don't even notice what happens at the edge of their screen, so like its a big deal for 99.8% of the 'gamers'. The 0.2% real gamers sees more then the pixels on his/her screen.

I can stick my monitor at 43 or 56Hz and display a game or render VSynced to 43 or 56Hz, and it'll still look smooth. I bet, that if someone was to display a video to you of a render at 60FPS and 200FPS, you wouldn't notice any differance at all.

Dude, get your eyes AND brain tested for this. One of them has a big problem with 'seeing' things.

The eye detects light, natural light has no refresh rate, and thats why many people prefer that lightsource. If you send out light X times per second, it won't be the same. Even with a refresh rate of 1000, its not the same. Pulsing != Constant

Why does it fail? Of course he won't die in a car-crash cause I said that, but that's how I feel to people who have never spend more then a half a second thinking of how the cheating of STATS in a FPS  _GAME_ effects them. I got several accounts with all weapons, so that's not the problem either (Hardly ever use them all^^). It just looks like you made a post just to make a post, instead of making a point. The fact that you care about other people's karma fails even more. "Look at me, I got 30 karma, and Monday at school I'm going to tell everyone!!!"

The guy should have blamed EA games for it, even gamespy, since they do the stats. With 2 scrips 99% of the stats-padding could be stopped, and it would hardly use CPU time. So that's why I say it again: I hope that guy dies for his stupidity.

Back to topic:

The movie will hardly contain action of tank vs chopper/plane because it basically needs to be a lucky shot, or against noobs. The first one hardly happens, the second one is not impressive. This time I'm taking a different approach then my previous movies. I wont give a shit about the amounts of rounds used, or different locations, just the streaks, and 'special' kills... If the weather is not going to suck any time soon, it will take longer then expected

I record with 60FPS (Locked on that, more takes too much hard-disk space), if there is tons of action going on, it sometimes drops too 45 for less then half a sec.

The actual movie will take longer then expected. Good footage in tanks is rare for me, even if I drive that thing for rounds. Most of the time the people kill themself before I get the chance, or my team does it for me, or they kill me.

I'm just killing the time that is between the now and the release of F:FOW (No matter if the game will suck or own, that's the next game I'm putting my time in).

A friend of mine is making a movie for me with lots of footage, including how cheating sucks. (Don't whine about it, someone bought it for me after I got banned through punksbusted global ban-list had me on it for a fcking bug...) Someone else is also making a movie with a bit of my footage in it

@Jay, there are some discussions about starting to war again... The biggest 'problem' is an incomplete chopper crew (Al thought there are some people way above med). About the 1vs1: Sure, but I haven't fought any decently skilled people in chopper vs chopper for over 2 months (one in that time, but that does not count).

Without a war scene, a game can be called "dieing". It's less then 10% of what it was 5 months ago.... There are some games that only have 200-400 server running, but >70% of the people that play it are having at least 1 war per week. Those people pay for the public servers (In bf2 the people who want a ban-stick do ). But since the war scene has died out, the skill on public servers has gone down, as you can see in the trailer.

I liked it that there where no planes trying to attack me. A few rounds after that (in a different server) a F18 kept attacking me, but it took him 5 min before he killed me (His lack of skill). He even rammed a crane he was flying towards in a straight line for 300 meters while trying to attack me...

Another thing: Its a frag movie, I'm not putting in bad stuff, duh

Most dutch people I know don't like techno (althought most of them did like that song ), for the music I want to hear I actualy listen to a FRENCH radio station.

As many people know, bf2 is a dieing game. The war scene has left, all that is left are public servers. That wasn't a problem for the leftover players. But, most of them have quit... Or got bored. I belong to the bored group. So on August 3 I decided to learn something new, which could make the game fun again for a couple of months. The thing is, as the title already gives away, driving tanks. The basics where not new for me, cause I was forced to bail near armor plenty of times, but for the first time, I took the time to drive them... Fraps was running so I could take a look at my actions later to improve my skill faster. The best thing was: Since it was on a public server, the enemy's would hardly ever do a good attack on anyone, including myself. Now, to get to the point: I decided to make a tank whore movie, probably it won't be done till mid September (BMX-ing is more fun, and I'm going on vacation for a week).

Does anyone know what that means? I didn't play BF2 for =>3 weeks, and when i had a match i kept getting kicked for that. A reinstall fixed it, but i had no files "tweaked" as that hardly works on good pc's and connections...

I always try to make movies off less then 3-4 rounds material, and trailers for it not more then 1 round. The knife kill's that round where nothing special, the nades, well, good point. I'll leave that out the real movie. Also i dont give a shit about karma, so please, stfu about that . But good comment outside that. Also, the m16 burst did not kill, that was left in to continue without cuts for a bit. And about the music: It was ment to be not fitting with the movie, and i wanted to make sure that no other bf2 vid had used the same song

These 2 movies are one of the few sniping movies that i enjoyd since a long time. However, for the distance in the first movie, i did not see you putting an attack order there, or getting one from the commander, how did you know the distance? Very nice video There was just 1 thing i disliked, at the end, you shot down a not moving plane in the air. If would have been nicer if you used a different plane kill there it would have looked even better But everyone has his own opinion on that and you should make movies the way you like them and not how the people criticise you

Yeah, ofcourse, its noobish, thats why i put it there -_-'.  Go shoot some tv's at planes and "evading"(just a shitty barrol) and try not to get called a cheater, macro user or whatever. There are just 3 servers that run nice map rotations that i know of, where i can play without beeing bothered by these type of people. And none of them are from clans im in -_-' (I refuse to pay for admin powers, since in a pub i could not use them properly, and for me: i rather play in a server with anoying people, then in a server where good people get kicked by the admin's.) And the last time i used a macro in a public was because i forgot to turn it off after practising with someone... (He knew it was on, also i always tell the truth wether it's on or off.)

And about sof2: Yes, you have the right person. I'm actualy still ashamed that i was a member of that -=GOLD=- clan. I left it cause i could not stand the powerhungry "Dont_Thread", and i turned out to be just as powerhungry when i had my own clan GG . And i do not play that game anymore. Last time i played it (RD Extrame kam2) was pubbing followed by a 1vs1, but i did not get "THE" feeling back

Well, fuck that. Ever since i started with the 2vs2 ladder, i noticed how much better it is to have a pilot. You dont have to worry about crashing while evading and shooting at the same time anymore.

For pubs however: get in my chopper without asking for permision from me as the pilot, will get you a redzone ticket. The pilot has the right to choice a gunner, that may also be himself.

Now, if you are someone that solo's and is "pretty good", but does not help the team, but just scorefarm, a big FUCK YOU, a chopper's job is agresive defending, or if there are a few good armor pieces Passive attacking.

A choppers job is covering the whole battlefield, just make sure you do it properly wether you are with 1 or 2 people. And always give the chopper to the person that has proven he uses it good if possible, this causes less deaths for the team since the enemy should be dead constandly.

I expected way better from you tbh... you disapointed me. Go back to warring alot, then retry with war footage, this is just shooting noobs. (Wich is not always bad, if the point of the movie is anoying noobs and not "i own your ass")

The gears are down, he is flying slower than 800, if you didn't have that battlefield on your computer than punkbuster would kick you in nothing flat, or you may not even be able to join a server. I hope you telling me to "fuck off" was a final admission of your folly.

Try to find a quote where I said the only good chopper movie was my own. Come on, try. I did say the only good two person videos I knew of were mine and Chopper Yo Go, and that admission stands.

A tv guided missile goes around 1000, you can catch up a fullspeed F35 if you shoot it less then 25 meters away from him/her.
