8800 without question

mine is bought from shelf and i'm plagued with random game freezes and disconnects for no apparent reason...

g5, the end. period.

the rocket launcher is the ultimate console corridor defense weapon, set distance to 1m short of the end bulkhead and anything near the entrance is toast

battlefield 2142, we all know it's just a ranked mod really
(I'm kidding but i thought i'd get it it as a joke before someone else slated it)

GFX: BFG 7800GT(did have SLi but i prefer dual screens tbh)
HDD: 400GB Raid 0, 250GB downloads 160GB extras
Audio: X-Fi
RAM: 2GB Corsair XMS3200XLPT 2 2 2 5 < most expensive ram i've ever seen bar the pro ones
MotherBoard: ASUS A8N SLI Premium
Monitor: Dual Belinea 101927 (19") 3.9ms
What settings u play BF2 on: All max, 1280x1024
Extras since it's water cooled: XSPC 360 Rad, Dangerden TDX on CPU, Dangerden NV78 on gfx, Laing D5 vario pump, xspc Drivebay res, 1/2" tubing, Lian Li G70B case

its funny so many people bring up the one button mouse. i have a G5 hooked to mine and you'd never really know that 1 button mice existed, the mighty mouse has 5 butttons.. 1 button mouse just isn't a factor anymore.
the fact of the matter is, if you've never used one, you will abuse them. once you extensively use one. and can afford it. you'll change. you won't believe it now, M$ has you all brainwashed, seriously, but when you do try them properly. you'll be eating your own words and that my good sirs is a fact. the problem is everyone is too damn scared of losing their "gaming capabilities" and e-penis' because they don't know how much you can customize a mac to make it bigger and better than everyone else. and as for quad core, as soon as true quad core on a single chip is available. the mac pro will have 2 of them, thus 8 cores... and yes, it will.. fly...

then it's time u stopped stealing images and make sure u credit the site for them where u got em lol it'd take a long time to remove things like that... all depends how badly u want the image

i have a g5, and tbh that thing looks nice... for gaming it removes the "thumb catching the surface" scenario.. but apart from the second scroll wheel which would annoy the fuck out of me i can't see an improvement..
still getting a g5 for my macbook pro
and someone on that site said it's only 800dpi.. i like my changeability sniper and haxor speed on the fly

if that's jenna she's changed alot, and apparently, for the better...

this year? Quake 4 anyone? WITH smp, doom3 aswell..(last year admitedly) but still they run godlike, world of warcraft also to mention another massively popular one

things you can't do on a pc..
final cut pro, soundtrack pro, motion, iLife,
things u can't do on a mac, some games...
you can do everything, but games it's just that simple
the ONLY single reason pc's are bigger is because you can play more games on them. if they were to keep games console only.. pc's would die. FACT.
ever tried to troubleshoot a BSOD which you have NO idea what caused it.. good luck. mac, specific hardware, specific software = spectacular aftersales and support and very limited amount of problems. and OSX is rock, fucking solid. leopard will kick the shit out of vista, the end...

it really can't, all decent editing/graphics programs were DESIGNED for macs and ported to pc's they only do it because they basically have to due to market share, macs rape face at anything graphical

imagine bf2 was made for mac.. right.. infact imagine any new upcoming game was made for a mac.. now.. osx only runs on the macs, and macs are only made with specific hardware.. which means the development and testing only really needs to be done on those macs, right? which means the liklihood of the game working on everything without crashes, compatibility issues or performance drops/hits is pretty damn high...
doesn't that apeal to you? if anything ever went wrong with it, the reponse would be practically immediate. and there would be no-one left in the dark with a component that causes problems.
I'm sorry but that kind of aproach to me is far more beneficial to the end user. i don't care how much extra that costs, garanteed compatibility is worthit. yea i enjoy my pc but this mac has shown me the other side of the fence and i love it. completely love it

1280x1024 (monitor max) have run 2560x1024 without SLi and wow
fps caps at 100 permanently, if i turn the cap to 200 i get about 180ish usually
all high 4xaa forced 16xaf

contemplating getting  either the 23" or 30" apple display and trying one of those
(i have 2 screens for graphic design not gaming btw since lovely SLi still doesn't work on dual screens)

most of the xp installs that don't like sata are the none sp1 ones... i believe most of the "scsi" drivers are for RAID setups or for the RAID controllers, not the discs themselves, windows picks up sata drives fine, the drivers are for the raid controllers on the motherboards

ghost the install to the new drive or something
initializing will take quite a bit cuz it will raw format it..
i can't remember if you need to format it again after that or not
word of advice make sure its NTFS, faster and you get more space

it needs formatting/initializing
right click on my computer go to manage then disk management, you should see it in there, right click and go through the formatting options

there is a ps2 emmulator, its just finding the bios's for it is a royal pain in the ass
