Then you would need something like Bullet Superiority too, because you would surely be shot down by jealous players   But im hoping too that there will be some benefits, as it is now all you get is the choice to play commander or not.

An even better solution would be to allow (ie. no TK) you to run over a teammate with a jet or a chopper. Of course then they will just start TK'ing you, but hopefully it would make a few of them stop with their behavior.

The logic should be something like this :

if (jet/chopper close to ground) AND (RunsOverTeammate == True) THEN
  PlayerInChopper.SkipTK = True;

And teammate in jet/chopper of course )

If im waiting on a chopper along with a bunch of other guys (No wonder we lose the map), i usually accept my fate if i dont get a seat. But like Aus heart attack said if somebody kills me when im in the chopper, then theyre gonna get it the next time i see them, so theyll learn that behavior is unacceptable.

A good trick is driving the jeep into someone, because you can get out in time, so you dont get notified for TK. This is a sweet tactic to use with the aforemented bad elements of the game.

Not much with the new ranking system...

I wish that the AI in the game could let you TK someone like those ppl, without getting the point deduction or the punishment.

And i still dont understand why you get -4 even if the other part decides to forgive you. Whats the reasoning behind that ?

IMO the ranking requirement is too low now, at 20000 points you will get all the worthwhile weapons. The reason why ranks were so coveted before, was that you would also get another unlock.
After EA removed this with the lower requirements, there is really no point in getting higher ranks IMO.

I hope EA will think of something else to make getting those new ranks worth your while...

Commander scoring - No more TKs from Artillery

As i see it a Commander can use artillery whenever its available without fear of being punished. While this is a good thing, i hope it will be easier to mutiny when the Commander repeatedly places artillery on friendlies.

But what is the section Player Profile->Ranking used for, most of these values are blank, and as i can see it they are duplicated in the Combat Profile section ?

And are there any news for us speedfreaks ?

The other day my internet connection was connecting/disconnecting for quite some time, so it could be something like that.

But i know for a fact that some servers just kicks you without reason, the EA UK Official servers does that from time to time

Suppressive fire is not the best idea if you want to sneak up on your enemy, but if you are already spotted, suppressive fire might make a difference. Just dont stand out in the open doing it, or you will get shot solder !

Or sitting in the gunnerseat watching that Antitank enemy lining up the shot, while your pilot is trying to cap a flag, and doesnt worry about anything else

I understand ppl who are in a good chopperteam and therefore want to keep flying the chopper for the whole round.
BUT there are other competent players on the server, who are just as good (or better) as you are, so reserving the chopper for the whole round is not going to happen. For me this tactic is BS, using it is extremely rude and you will get the wrath of the player you do it to upon you, and frankly thats not in the teams interest.

The Jeep exploit could be stopped by pretending that you were still in it, even though you just excited the jeep. This would last a few seconds or until another person got into the jeep.
Making the jeep stop as soon as you get out is not an option i think.

Sadly all these fixes will hurt the serverperformance, so its a tradeoff between fixes and serverperformance.

If you want to report these exploits i recommend using the Support page on EA.com, and hope that EA will consider fixing the exploit.

Yes i understand that perfectly, but my original question still stands. From your reply i gather that there is no clear indication when/if the statssystem will be improved.

Very nice design and cool that you can see what medals/awards etc. are missing.
My only gripe is the update time, the queue is right now 14h long, which is too long.

Is there hope that the update time will decrease anytime soon ?

One improvement i could think of regarding TK would be this:

Make it so that when you forgive you dont lose any points!

As it is now, i dont really care if i get punished or not, since i still lose those points.

Also i like the Shark, but just calling myself 'Shark' was not very original.

So i came up with the name Sharken, which is a mixture of danish and english and not a very common name.
Which is a good thing when you need to register your nick on various sites.

IPL is the term for rebooting a mainframe, while Preto is the portuguese word for Black, which has no real meaning other

You could say that, but my original point was that the unlocked sniper rifle offers little or no advantage
compared to the standard sniper rifle.

Another weapon thats strangely ineffective is the Anti-tank weapon. How can it be, that when the
weapon explodes next to a enemy, the enemy can just walk away like nothing happened.

Agree completely. My main incentive to unlock the sniperrifle was that i could shoot pilots, but at the same time i figured that the damage would be higher. But as it is now the standard MEC sniper rifle is superior, but even then the unlocked medic rifle is better still.
With the L85A1 you can pick off enemies easier than with a sniper rifle, if thats not whack i dont know what is
