Oh.
Watched it today. It was quite a let down. Trying too hard to be funny, and most of the funny scenes had already been revealed in trailers.pirana6 wrote:
Has anybody actually watched The Interview? If there was no press about it, I doubt it would do well at all. It seems like a shitty movie.
It was hyped alot for sure, but not a good movie in my opinion.
Is it as bad as people are saying it is? I loved the beta.RTHKI wrote:

Just smoldering ruins and a few survivors.

Just increase that to 130 or so and it's valid.

Anyone else rubber banding and experiencing lag spikes on Xbox 360? All was good until yesterday, and I started lagging like mad, just like I did when I first bought the game and almost threw it in the garbage because of how terrible the lag was.
My connection is fine, nothing else lags. NAT is open, my Xbox is allowed on my Firewall list, etc.

Reminds me of when Mek realized all those pretty photos of nebulae and galaxies are not in color in real life. They are post processed and the color is added based on their chemical compositions. Ha!Jaekus wrote:

Yessir! Dan Tompkins is easily my favorite vocalist, and this entire album is a vocal masterpiece.Shahter wrote:
this is awesome.
I just ordered this EP today by the band PIANO. Features Dan as well, stellar vocals and a moving piece of music.

In a hydrocarbon solution, the gold compound (CH3)3AuPH3 decomposes into ethane, C2H6, and a different gold compound, (CH3)AuPH3. The following mechanism is proposed for the decomposition of (CH3)3AuPH3.
(CH3)3AuPH3 -> (CH3)3Au + PH3
(CH3)3Au -> C2H6 + (CH3)Au
(CH3)Au + PH3 -> (CH3)AuPH3
What is the rate law consistent with this mechanism if the second step determined the rate? The first step determines the rate?
I tried doing this and I seem to be going in circles, nothing is working.

Have you tried the Jazz III picks? I keep hearing good things about them, but I've never tried one.Jaekus wrote:
Try the Dunlop plectrum in grey nylon, it's .73mm in thickness. It's a good balance between flexibility and firmness (and also my fave)

I can only really provide information based on how I started and learned.
I started off with a $250 Epiphone Les Paul Special II and a cheap little Crate Amp. I bought a beginners book, but never really used it much.
I chose easy songs that I enjoyed listening to and printed off the tabs for them (as tab is easier for me to understand and follow).
I also watched other guys on YouTube and learned from them.
Try not to learn any bad habits though, like your picking style, posture, etc.
Self-teaching is the way to go because if you get lessons from a business, you end up getting stuck with other players who may or may not be better than you, and you have to learn songs that you don't even want to learn (like twinkle twinkle, lol).

Hey guys,
I made this cover video a few weeks ago and it isn't getting nearly as many views as my other videos.
If you haven't checked out the instrumental progressive rock/metal band Scale The Summit, I highly recommend them.

They put in a replacement one, but maybe it's faulty too. It's definitely not high quality stuff so that could be an issue.
@FF, I'll check the settings right now.
As far as I can tell, it's not set to hibernate or stand by at all. When I click the UPS tab, it says the UPS service is currently stopped. Does that mean anything?
Hey guys,
So here's what's going on. Three times now, we are just using the computer as usual and then it just shuts down abruptly. The green power light remains on, and the red hard drive light goes out. We usually have to hold the power button for a good 10 seconds before it fires back up.
I don't think a blue screen ever comes up when it reboots.
When we fire it back up, sometimes it just boots up normally and then we log back in to our accounts and it works. Other times it starts up and brings us back to exactly where we were before it crashed.
Computer is probably 6 years old, if specs are needed I will post them.
Is it the hard drive failing? The PSU? I have no idea when it comes to this stuff.

I'd make an innovative FPS with killstreaks, weapon attachments and mediocre graphics.
