The stadium should of been built on the edge of London. Therefore we could of had easy access straight onto the M25. It's the same here. Our stadium is about a mile from Junction 11. Yet last night, the majority of fans were stuck in traffic around the junction and entered the stadium late. Whenever there is a big crowd, the local council can't deal with it.1927 wrote:
It took about an hour to get to the M4 last time and then a 2.5 hour jounery home on the coach once we got out the car park, that can take 2 hours in itself. Getting there can be worse in regards to coach parking, the last 2 miles can take 2 hours.
I was talking with Mek about this in this or another thread I think the FA fucked right up. I seen queues on the M4 start at Swindon to get to Cardiff on Cup Final day when we had them down here, bumper to bumper all the way to us.
You imagine its us vs Swansea at Wembley? How the fuck do you police the M4. It will have to be a bubble trip for at least one of us and all the services closed off.
I sit in the North Stand (behind the goal) and Federici came up to the corner. He fell over and Barton gave him a kick. I doubt it was caught on the TV , but there was a kick.SEREVENT wrote:
Joey Barton kicking people in the head? I've never heard of that before
I've got to watch the highlights still but i don't believe it was that bad... perhaps your just a sore loser
McDermott has come in and done a great job. Yep, he played for Cardiff and had lots of positive things to say about his time at your club. I reckon if we keep the majority of the squad and add 1 or 2 new faces, we'll have a decent shout at promotion next season. I also feel that you are the best team in the play-offs. You've got a great team of players and Forest look like messing it up.1927 wrote:
I didnt even know you were playing last night, it wasnt until I logged on to a Cardiff site this morning I saw how its only Blackpool who can catch us now, and then we have to lose all ours and they win all theirs and overturn the GD.
I reckon our front two should be in the team of the year, maybe our GK, but you can put the two Argies in, Nolan in, Smith, Butt and just about every Toon player, they have been the best team the new coca cola champ divison have had yet.
I learned yesterday that Readings boss used to play for us. Im so happy that you avoided releagtion, what a turn around, at Christmas not one of your fans would of been gutted at missing out on the play off's just grateful to be where you are now.
Keep hold on Long, Gunnason or Iggason w/e his name is Kebe, the keeper but imo most importantly the boss. Well done on the club for keeping the post in house and promoting someone from within. Look at Peterborough, they didnt and it cost them. QPR deserve to go down for the way they have run their club aswell, the fans dont deserve this and now at least the dodgy money men have gone from what I gather.

Cheers mate. I might make a new account, so if you see Kosak you'll know it's me Good luck to you as well. Hope you get your money. Good luck to Cardiff this season, would be great to see them in the Premier League.1927 wrote:

Their was a boy who used to live down the road from me, at my old house. He played BF2 and he wanted to access this site. However, he couldn't. So one day, when he was over my house with his parents (for a house party, nothing perverted) he asked me to sign him up on this website, with this account. So technically for the first 3.5 years of this account, it was a 12-14 year old boy using it. When I moved, about 6 months ago, I started using this account after viewing the website for the first time. There was conversation on Reading FC, which interested me so I started using it.SEREVENT wrote:

Cheers. Erm, I haven't decided whether to come down by train or by car at the moment. I won't be staying over night.1927 wrote:

1927, I will be coming down to Cardiff soon. Travel information..
Down a link road off at 2nd roundabout. Follow signs for 'away parking' park at the stadium.
Yes it will be like WW3 this weekend as we have Swansea at home (5.20pm KO, duhhhh how fucking stupid) but we havent had any trouble there yet in the last 12 months. Its pretty easy mate tbh. You staying over night or anything?

Fantastic and has quickly become a fan's favourite. Calls for 'Griffin 4 England' recently. Great defender and it would be great to see him move here in the summer, along with Bertrand.coke wrote:
Hows the Silver Whippet a.k.a Andy Griffin been doing for your lot since his move?Pvt.Kosak wrote:
45 minutes away from Wembley.
We played so well in the first half and threw it away in the 2nd.
Credit to Villa though.
Bertrand is a fantastic young talent and no doubt will be playing for Chelsea and England in the future.Jenspm wrote:
Kosak, how has Bertrand been this season?
And Serevent and others, how has Van Aanholt been so far?
I haven't had the chance to watch too many of their games (very few are on TV here), but they're Chelsea loanees so it'd be nice to hear how they're doing
Cheers, unlucky results for the both of us yesterday. Bit pissed of at the moment, by some of the Blackpool fans I met yesterday.1927 wrote:
Well done Reading, good on you geeza's
We have fallen a long way in the last 12 months or so. Most of our long history has been spent in League One/Two and it is not something we want to go back to.1927 wrote:
Reading are a cracking example of how short the cycle of football can be. A huge downward spiral 12 months, Coppell is proving very hard to replace and I hope the chunky bald headed fella can do it for you.Pvt.Kosak wrote:
My team Reading haven't been doing to well recently in the league. After a famous win at Liverpool the other week, and a decent performance last Saturday against Burnley, we haven't been able to replicate these performances in the league.

Good to hear. Don't worry mate, it's alright. The pressure on Rodgers is massive. It was always going to be massive after the Coppell era. However he doesn't have pick the wrong sides.1927 wrote:
Yeah we havent won there for 39 years (Vicarge Road, that might even be before Sir Elton was their chairman). 4-0 and this time without Chopra. Our 17 year old LB scored a 50 yarder flukey goal where its a free kick on the arf way line, he floats it into the box, the goal waves at it, the wind catches it, and before you can say David Seaman, their goalie is shown right up.Pvt.Kosak wrote:
Good result for Cardiff yesterday.
Peter Whittingham is making us tick, and Joe Ledley wasnt picked after he was banned for out 6-1 demolition of Derby. I still think mid table due to our defence and the players we will sell at xmas. We do have the best strike force in the league in Chopra and Boothroyd.
Sorry to see whats happening to Reading mate but try to remember that football is just a cycle.

Yes, Reading are near the bottom. Poor start to the season. It's been a change around at the club.SEREVENT wrote:
Reading were near the bottom last time i checked i think?
Anyway QPR tonight for Newcastle, and we're top of the table :awsm
If we go back up, this current team won't be good enough to stay up in the Premiership, we've got alot of youngsters like Ranger, Carroll and that Dutch 'keeper who's pretty good. We've got a few good names like Nicky Butt and Stephen Taylor but we'll need an overhaul next summer.
I've seen like half of the team waiting for it.Snake wrote:
Got to admit, Im starting to see that now - but only 1 player - Ive yet to see more than 1 person waiting around for it.
To be honest,Bellamy is not that good.Switch wrote:
Bellamy is a good striker but it's a shame about his attitude. An absolute wanker of the highest order.
You've got a good manager to be honest. I like Dave Jones. How well do you think you will settle into your new stadium? Ninian Park had the athmosphere and the security concerns, will the new stadium have these as well?1927 wrote:
I like/liked Coppell. Also like Pulis (Cardiff fan) but he pissed me off one day when he didnt play Carl Asaba at ours. Eventually Pulis gave in to my demands and put him on the pitch. Asaba used to be my Sisters neighbour. And Id gone to meet up with him before and after the game.
