3) Yes memory is very cheap atm ...but 2gb in a system like that ..with the money uve saved in the above two components go for 4gb at least of ddr2

6)go with a psu with a good brand....i havent really heard of a sigma shark...but with a board runnin sli and connected to a potential few hd's...u need a sturdy psu go for a corsair or even better....

and tbh a cpu cooler isnt really needed with an e8400...unless ur heavily overclocking...so yer thts myy recommendation...it took me a while rofl ...
all for $1517 with the potential to save more after rebate....which will bring it below ur 1500 mark.....adjustment of gfx confirguration...can be done i.e runnin 2 x 9600's will cost 360 instead of 410 for the gtx....

CPU -  I want a quad core.  Can you blame me?  I chose this one because it is an awesome price for 4 P4s stuck together, and I know a lot of new apps and games will feature multi-core support.  So even though it has a lower frequency than a similarly prices dual-core, overall it would be faster with multi-core games.

Motherboard  -  I fell on this mobo because I'm actually thinking ahead for once.  It is the only board on newegg that has three PCIE 2.0 slots, and supports both DDR2 and DDR3 memory.  I am only getting 2 video cards and 2GBs of DDR2, but when DDR3 is more of a standard and the price has dropped, I may get me some.  I also may grab another 9600 later too. And that system bus heat pipe looks sick.

Case  -  Just because I like that LCD gauge on the front.  If you have another suggestion because of differing aesthetic choice (or lower price) make sure it's a full tower.  I'm not married to this one.

The thing is when you luckily get a place in a chopper (the gunner position in this situation), if the pilot has a friend or knows someone who's a good gunner, he will stand at the edge of the map, waiting for you to die, then he goes back to pick up his friend/good gunner. I understand they want to play together, but when the choppers are monopolised by 2 idiots for several rounds, I think other players deserve to get some times in the choppers, don't you agree?

It happened to me several times before. But today, I just couldn't keep my thoughts for myself. I was playing Dragon Valley 64 players map. You probably know that map has 2 choppers on each side. Usually, there aren't any big problem to get some times in the choppers. but the choppers of my team (both of them) were monopolised by 4 guys. The first one was monopolised by some guys from the clan SWISS*. If you get in the chopper as the gunner, the other remaining guy from SWISS* kills you with his sniper then he takes the gunner position. Very annoying to get killed by a "teammate" because you wanted to play as a gunner. The second chopper was monopolised by two guys... and they were killing the "gunner position's intruders" by doing what I described above. I was very annoyed to think that both choppers were inaccessible to any guys of our team except these 4 idiots.

etc.

Now, this goes on for a good 3 minutes, with other people in line joining in to the mans crusade against me. Then it got personal. A blond bimbo trophy wife second to last in line SCREAMS at me, "I hope you AND all of your friends DIE in Iraq for being so ignorant!"

Oh bitch, best not be saying that to a D.E.P'ing Marine that just had his first week of hand to hand combat training.

Now, this whole time, I had stood there, studious like, taking it all in. But now it was my turn.

First was the man. I commented on his appearance, and what it showed me. I went through the whole line of people belittling me and the others who didn't have a voice. It felt good.

Then, after I was done, the bimbo lady says to me again, "And what do you have to show for yourself hotshot?"

I did a quarter turn to my right, where a flag was hanging from the ceiling. I came to attention and saluted, while saying:

"I am a Citizen of the United States of America, A United States Marine, A Firefighter for this state. I think I've shown enough."

End salute, about face, and I walked out of the store.



Now, aside from being able to assert my linguistic skills into a situation, doesn't that situation feel.... Wrong?
