It has been some years that 2 of the original 6 will meet for the final...
I have to agree with you Pos.
And Markov is so much of a question that we cannot consider him at this point.
Also we do not see anything really solid in the junior leagues that has been signed by the Habs.
We love Subban, it was makgin a lot of years we didn't had a player with flamboyant style (read behavior) but in reality he's just above average.
The first line is DND (Do not disturb)
All the rest...
The futur of the Saint-Flanel is looking grim in the next few years and my heart is bleeing...
I've grown up from the 60ies and 70ies and saw excellence at play and to see that low raised bar is not at par with our excpectations.

Never know if it coule be the same thing but I had a similar problem.
The cable of my MP3 player broked and I went to buy a sturdier one.
When I pluged it in I had a buzzzing sound and one of the chanel (Right one) had a lower output signal.
I realized that when it was NOT fully pushed in the signal was just fine and the levels of both chanels were correct.
I think its maybe a bad ground thingy. Try to pull the plug just a bit to see if it works fine.
My 2 cents.

God I love that game, since I<ve quit playing BF2 that is about the only game I play.
The fact that they want to improve the start is great. On the other hand I still want to see that the word "Think" that is on the retail box will still be in presence / in force. Read that not everything will come and be given to you.
I hope there will be "Cock" territories to invade with destroyers. I want my revenge, my payback, I want my war!

Jack Layton's letter to Canadians
by Sympatico.ca News
NDP leader Jack Layton addresses Canadians in a letter he prepared just two days before his death on August 22, 2011.
August 20, 2011
Toronto, Ontario
Dear Friends,
Tens of thousands of Canadians have written to me in recent weeks to wish me well. I want to thank each and every one of you for your thoughtful, inspiring and often beautiful notes, cards and gifts. Your spirit and love have lit up my home, my spirit, and my determination.
Unfortunately my treatment has not worked out as I hoped. So I am giving this letter to my partner Olivia to share with you in the circumstance in which I cannot continue.
I recommend that Hull-Aylmer MP Nycole Turmel continue her work as our interim leader until a permanent successor is elected.
I recommend the party hold a leadership vote as early as possible in the New Year, on approximately the same timelines as in 2003, so that our new leader has ample time to reconsolidate our team, renew our party and our program, and move forward towards the next election.
A few additional thoughts:
To other Canadians who are on journeys to defeat cancer and to live their lives, I say this: please don’t be discouraged that my own journey hasn’t gone as well as I had hoped. You must not lose your own hope. Treatments and therapies have never been better in the face of this disease. You have every reason to be optimistic, determined, and focused on the future. My only other advice is to cherish every moment with those you love at every stage of your journey, as I have done this summer.
To the members of my party: we’ve done remarkable things together in the past eight years. It has been a privilege to lead the New Democratic Party and I am most grateful for your confidence, your support, and the endless hours of volunteer commitment you have devoted to our cause. There will be those who will try to persuade you to give up our cause. But that cause is much bigger than any one leader. Answer them by recommitting with energy and determination to our work. Remember our proud history of social justice, universal health care, public pensions and making sure no one is left behind. Let’s continue to move forward. Let’s demonstrate in everything we do in the four years before us that we are ready to serve our beloved Canada as its next government.
To the members of our parliamentary caucus: I have been privileged to work with each and every one of you. Our caucus meetings were always the highlight of my week. It has been my role to ask a great deal from you. And now I am going to do so again. Canadians will be closely watching you in the months to come. Colleagues, I know you will make the tens of thousands of members of our party proud of you by demonstrating the same seamless teamwork and solidarity that has earned us the confidence of millions of Canadians in the recent election. 2
To my fellow Quebecers: On May 2nd, you made an historic decision. You decided that the way to replace Canada’s Conservative federal government with something better was by working together in partnership with progressive-minded Canadians across the country. You made the right decision then; it is still the right decision today; and it will be the right decision right through to the next election, when we will succeed, together. You have elected a superb team of New Democrats to Parliament. They are going to be doing remarkable things in the years to come to make this country better for us all.
To young Canadians: All my life I have worked to make things better. Hope and optimism have defined my political career, and I continue to be hopeful and optimistic about Canada. Young people have been a great source of inspiration for me. I have met and talked with so many of you about your dreams, your frustrations, and your ideas for change. More and more, you are engaging in politics because you want to change things for the better. Many of you have placed your trust in our party. As my time in political life draws to a close I want to share with you my belief in your power to change this country and this world. There are great challenges before you, from the overwhelming nature of climate change to the unfairness of an economy that excludes so many from our collective wealth, and the changes necessary to build a more inclusive and generous Canada. I believe in you. Your energy, your vision, your passion for justice are exactly what this country needs today. You need to be at the heart of our economy, our political life, and our plans for the present and the future.
And finally, to all Canadians: Canada is a great country, one of the hopes of the world. We can be a better one – a country of greater equality, justice, and opportunity. We can build a prosperous economy and a society that shares its benefits more fairly. We can look after our seniors. We can offer better futures for our children. We can do our part to save the world’s environment. We can restore our good name in the world. We can do all of these things because we finally have a party system at the national level where there are real choices; where your vote matters; where working for change can actually bring about change. In the months and years to come, New Democrats will put a compelling new alternative to you. My colleagues in our party are an impressive, committed team. Give them a careful hearing; consider the alternatives; and consider that we can be a better, fairer, more equal country by working together. Don’t let them tell you it can’t be done.
My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world.
All my very best,
Jack Layton

Woot! Again, a God like fireworks for the night preceeding my birthday!
When looking at night, the recurence of seeing meteor as increased since last month.
Last weekend I saw 3 in the same evening!
One day I will have to go at the Mégantic observatory and see that night show out of Montréal light pollution.

Send your trucks in Empires Edge below Paranid Prime. They progress real fast to level 8. Then launch them in Universe Trading.
Just started a new game of Terran Conflict. I Have 14 trucks trading for me and paid for only 3 or 4. The rest are captured pirate ships in Ceo's Doubt next to south gate. The ones that are too damaged I sell them to Lucky Planets. Just discovered that I can repair my ships while out in spacesuit. I will not pay for reparis anymore! Yeah! To help my Terran rep up I send my fresh level 8 Univers Traders to Asteroïd Belt.
Now waiting to get Split reputation up to buy the Elephant and I will start bulding stations.

Mold grows. It is a living organism, it will spread.
1st step wear a cartridge mask before you pull the carpet. Because you need to pull the carpet to know how bad it is. Like you do not put a plaster on cancer. You still need to assess the extent of the damage. Because it is a damage to the property. Usually a crack in the foundation is the regular cause of mold. You will need to remove all rotten piece of material affected. Carpet, wood, gyproc. If on wood it is only surface affected it can be sanded down to wood again.
It is bad because this is a health threat. Seriously. It can cause all sorts of damage to your body, brain, lungs. You have to get clear of that.
Get a mold inhibitor to prevent re apparition of it.
Now it will be expensive either in cash or in health. Pay the cash, keep your health to be able to work to recuperate the money you spent on repairs.
Good luck

Yeah!
My Canadiens have scored their 11,000th goal at home!!!
Do not know if any other original 6 has reach that much.
It's a new game, a tie goal after being short handed 3 against 5.
Yes Sir!
Price is so square in front of the puck it's almost impossible.

The Transporter(s). Anyone knows?
Hitman.
Taken.
Crimson Rivers II - The angels of apocalypse is not bad too.
The Professional (Léon) was awesome. With Jean Reno again.
He also made the Taxi movies.
What about car chases. He's not bad at that. That's where, for me, I would target my questions. Does he plan to get in more car movies?
Or could the Professional get a following movie with a second guy?
What does he have in plan for the next movie to release?
Questions are easy. Did your friend made his homework?

I second that however...OxenBreeder wrote:
Can you open the front panel of the speaker? Most usually have a cover that will pop off. If so, see if you can unscrew the woofer out of its enclosure to fix??
Sometimes drivers are mounted from behind.
That part that did fell and left a hole, is it big enough to pass your hand through it to access the woofer?
If not I could repair it but I'm way far for you to drive here.
Cut a piece out of the woofer but keep it, get a bigger piece of High density fiber board (Or a inert hard wood piece), mount the cut part to it and then mount the two assembled parts to the speaker. with proper glue and screws. The air volume does not change so the sound should remain the same.
The hole you make should not be huge, just big enough so you can pass one hand through. You do not want to alter much the original casing of the driver.
/fixed
Too tight on the salary cap me think.
Keeping Halak, negos with Plekanec would have cost a lot this year.
Lars Eller seems to be the one with talent. We'll see.
But I sense that this could be a move to create room for the draft day.
Because just like that this trade sucks!
The thing is that Gainey is still around as a "counsellor", Pfff!!! It's already lost in advance!
Spoiler (highlight to read):
Gauthier peu ben aller s'crosser avec une poignée de brackets si y fait pas d'autre échange! I'm deceived!

Just got a new Matrix XR 2010.
Loving it!
Still can carry 8 footers in the car. Just that the back window does not open anymore. I used to carry 12' wood blanks in that car.
Meh with the 2.4L block of the Rav4 in it, I think I'll go with a hitch and a trailer to do my larger wood transport!

IMO I think these have rather small bezels. However my buddy saw another time, it was a TV though, something with just a few millimeters (below 10mm). I think that got him hooked on finding monitors with that small of a bezel.
Took time for me to answer back, just got my new car tonight!

Basically for multi monitor (3) set-up for a friend of mine.
In the 22" - 24" monitor size.
Budget not a concern at the moment.

It's a first for the Habs to get to east final since our last Stanley cup.
It's also the first time we beat the cup champions since the Broad Street Bullies!
Talking about them, they are pushing it to the 7th game.
The Bell Center was full of fans. At one point they were bowing (?) for Halak's saves after the 4/3 & the 5/4 at the beginning of the 3rd.
To top it off, Gionta has lived to his legend of Penguins killer with 2 goals!

To answer, the same ones that did reply to Green's comment; "Is that all what they have!" The day/eve before game 5.
He just won't be playing anymore this season!
When the Canes got their Stanley Cup they did not had the best team but they were playing as a team.
Pits-Bourg plays as a team with players that knows their roles way better than the Caps.
Our chance is to get the first game hopping the Penguins will still sleep from the break then who knows...

Like Pat Burns was saying, if you cut the two headed serpent (Crosby + Malkin) and play higher probability plays, anything is possible.
It's not an easy call, this is the second best team and its also last year Stanley cup Champions!
They won their share over us in the reg season, while the Caps we had put it even.
My guts are saying to me, like our local "specialists" do; Penguins in 6, but my heart goes with the "Sainte-Flanelle" in 7.

Enjoy the game whatever your allegance is for (? can't express it better than that and check spelling, I'm not sure of it.)
What, your wife is ironing them?
They worry about getting pregnant.
Their small brained boyfriends put pressure on them to get to sleep with them without condoms. They finally acknowledge after multiple attempts. She then get pregnant, the boyfriends learn it and leaves her alone right then.
Would you use abortion?
Usually one lesson is enough for a woman. Any other abortion after that, she has to be stupid.
I respect women in general even some whores that do not know better.

They were all over us but Halak has saved us. Look he's walking on water. lolllll
Seriously, next game must not be 54 against 17 shots like tonight in Washington or they'll win.

Nor the Caps or the Habs have scored on power play yesterday night. There were at least 10 penalties in the game!
I understand your frustration, saw many Caps players pinching while the Habs closed the center and the def zone.
Your team has so much raw talent on the other side but if they continue to play run and gun all the time they won't go far in playoffs.
Even if I think that the Caps are going to outscore the Canadiens.

Then the important step is to hire properly. The steeper the learning curve the more important it is. Do you know their "Initiative potential" before you hire your subordinates? Having someone with a lower capacity but with a higher determination will prove better on long run IMHO. What you coach/train those guys is more like a craftsmen work. Cabinet making, plumbing, metal folding, printing industry are some of them.
The hockey game is about to start. Since I want to start myself a little shop, I will try to pick your brain later on how to start and avoid shit. But no trade secret to be revealed though.

Most companies here pay their employees by salary, talking about over head staff. It is also legal.
Now what about the opposite view.
My boss is so incompetent that I'm in the beginning of starting my own business.
For his lack of proper management, I have to come in on week ends, night, early, stayed late and what not.
It's put back on me that one day I've missed work because my son go arrested by police while I continously give more than 10% in over time.
He will always owes me but I will never owe him. But his commentary is that is not enough.
Shut up big cunt!!!
When I was hired I got a signature bonus!!! Now when I talk I'm not listened to!?!
You get me because I have experience then you discard it!?!
Do you know what you want?

Working is a mean to earn your LIFE. When you're done at work you go live your life.
I'm selling my time to you for a given salary and on an understood time base period (40hrs per week) when we are hired.
Now if you find this insufficient, maybe your set-up is wrong. (Workflow or proper / improper instructions given)
It's all your fault if you are not able to have your business go the way you want.
Do you work with the strength of your employees or with their weeknesses?
Stupid poeple are running businesses and some are employed by businesses. We cannot generalise the entire society here.
Got to go back to work now...

Wow still on the shock that we won yesterday night. Ovechkin had no shot to the net until over time! If the Habs can play like that again we might stand a chance but Halak will have to be great or even greater every game.
Shave my arms with my chisels to see if they are sharp enough but otherwise nothing get shaved beside the face.
Best is to do like where I've worked before. We used to pour concrete into a big oiled platform that had the design needed for the outside. Then a meshed steel structure was sanked into the fresh concrete. However working that way you need an internal structure to attach it to the building even though they rest one on the other. It's not an all concrete building but the exterior is nicer and its still sturdy as hell.Flecco wrote:

Sure concrete lasts forever. It's also ugly, and hard as hell to alter and... it's. fucking. ugly. You can't say Soviet Russia made for pretty cities.
@ Spark.
Also, polished concrete is very, very easy to fuck up. As are those trippy coloured concrete finishes.

Who would care?
Last 2 days at work we had a refresher course + an update training for the software we got from UK.
This bloke came here and boy this accent is really hard to get sometimes. I can watch news but casual conversation, wow a world of difference. I made him repeat more than just a few times. lol
I have an central auditive problem and I read people lips when I listen to them but this guy had his jaws locked.
(All the volume levels are the same, I would almost perceived a pin falling on the floor when someone is yelling beside me)
I had the impression that only the forward part of his mouth was pronouncing the words.
Beside that and the accent from a French born, do you notice the accent from the English person born in Québec?

We have a lot of those accent here. Plus those; é à ç è ù ô ê î ï.
Yeah, Québec is not just French. The majority of the south western part of Québec and a big portion of Montréal is English.
Irish, Italians, Greeks, Portoricains to name a few and many original English speaking are living here.
All those nationalities, imagine the accents we have to listen to everyday!
