I did my brakes yesterday as they were f00ked. They were badly squeaky when up to the temperature even when I was not braking and inner faces got rusty as the pads had contact only with half of the surface of the discs and developed silly lip in the middle of the faces lol. Changing discs and pads is a 60-90 minute job when you do both sides. To remove brake discs from my car I had to remove caliper carriers first. And that's a bitch to remove. I had to stand on a spanner to make the bloody bolts move. It was supposed to be 95Nm, but time and temperature make it hard to remove sometimes.

Changing just pads is nothing. It's a 30-45 minute job.







After fitting new discs and pads.

If you are over 21yo just do DAS and buy a big bike mate. The best way to biking.

125cc is slow, cannot really go long distance without killing it. And it normally looks shit

I played only in a period of time between 2005 and 2008.. and + this week (about 5 hours). Roughly 2000 hours in 3 years. I always worked full time. I don't want to count how many hours a day that is haha. In March 2008 my son was born and I stopped playing the game until a week ago when I found out that BF3 is coming out this year

I was such a nub in first days on my BF2 career. But to figure out hitboxes was not on the top of my list. I was new to BF, usnig vehicles/fighting against them was new to me. It took me a few days/weeks to learn/adapt.

It's was the first thing which was annoying me when I moved onto BF2. But I got used to it a bit, SVD is a bit of remedy, but that 's got serious limitations at close range.

I cannot go Rambo style and wipe out entire teams because the bloody bullets don't hit the targets no matter how precise you are.

I have quite high expectations. I hope I won't get disappointed with the game. I'm going to spend hundreds of pounds on new PC components to make BF3 work in full details/best quality. My PC needs to be upgraded anyway. I'm still on BF2 machine from 2005 (I spent £1500 to build that one) xD

I'm not young anymore. Peak of my skills was long before BF2. I used to have a natural talent to online gaming. In BF2 was not too bad but I already felt that my reflexes and concentration were not as they used to be. Before BF2 I used to play vs myself looking for that little bit of improvement every time not vs my opponents as I couldn't find a worthy opponents. But back in those days I could play 16 hours a day without being tired. Those days are over, even in BF2 I was nowhere near that.
It can be because I was never lucky with BF2 clans, I always managed to join a random bunch of talentless players or bunch of whiners and pussies.. every time for one of those reasons I felt I wanted to leave. Back in good days (before BF2) I was a member of one of the top clans with skilled players with a honour code, no pussy players.. no whiners with stupid rules on their server, people taking the game as it is and dominating it. People who were making you want to play all the time. I couldn't find a clan like that in BF2 and was always unhappy about it.

But now.. I'm a husband and.. dad.. I have family life as my priority. I think I'll play evenings purely for fun.

So what are your plans? Clans? Clan wars? Stat padding? haha

Seriously I drive 2.2 16V NA Astra at the moment, a bit modified with probably around 160bhp (standard is 150bhp), 1200kg weight. which goes 0-60 in just below 8 seconds and top speed 135mph+. Jumping onto VXR8 would make a huge difference to me.

Ferraris and Lambos are nice cars, but not my cup of tea. I wouldn't mind a Porsche 911. I don't want M3 for the fact it's a BMW (I cannot be arsed to explain haha). Veyron? nah.. I would sell it for the money modify my dream car. Aston Martin.. again nice cars, but never my dream cars. I have fairly realistic dreams.

With motorbikes it's the same.. I would love to have.... Desmosedici? Nah.. I want Aprilia RSV4 Factory Will I have it? Not soon.. at the end of this year I'll hopefully have RSV1000 Factory.

I like exotic cars. Here in the UK they are not very common. I guess it's a chav'mobile in Australia, but here people don't recognize them. Here they are sold as Vauxhall VXR8 and I've seen maybe 2 on the road so far.

In the UK Vauxhall VXR8 cost about £40k.. it's 65.1k US Dollars or 62.1k Australian Dollars. No way that chavs on benefits or low income can afford that.

Now the price to insure both cars is about £1.5-3k a year, tax £1k a year afaik. Cost of petrol in the uk £1.35/litre (ron95), £1.43/litre (ron99) and rising roughly by £0.01 every 2 weeks.

Stay away from padding servers with your new account! Main hacking retards are there.

Respect for the hackers though. They look for their targets on servers for stat padders. So they hit people who care about stats/badges/medals the most. I don't feel sorry for padders they get what they deserve

Nothing better than that. Some people can do it all day long. Some people believe (I doubt) that there is new patch comming out soon.. If so then reducing claymores to 1 or give grapling hook instead of claymores (in SF), grenades should be reduced to 1 or 2 would improve gameplay really. Everyone can toss grenades and get lucky kills, that doesn't need skill. With 1 or 2 you would think how to use them.

BF2 was a nice game in 2005.. I really liked it at that time even though I was a complete nub, Now it just has way too many bugs to fix.
