Ditty Donuts are small, sugary donuts sold at fairs, shows and burger king. they are sweet and can be dipped into melted chocolate etc. Can also be called dinky donuts.
oingo boingo is probably my favorite band of all time.
nothing was wrong with the 80s. the 80s own. case and point; oingo boingo / danny elfman
i remember at my high-school there was a bomb threat every year for the day after Halloween. the administration always saw through it though (surprise).

I have about 2.3TB of stuff total, about 1/2 of that is projects for the studio, but the rest is mainly music, bootlegs, movies, and a few games.

macs are just as good as pcs. jeezus, every "im buyin a mac" thread turns into a "IF YOU GET A MAC THE COMPUTER GODS WILL SMITE YOU!!!" thread. i would much rather have a macbook pro for school situations than a dell. a lot of the software i needed only ran on mac.
honestly, i think its worth waiting. especially if you dont start school till september.

When I heard TMV replaced their drummer, I was a little bit sad. But now that I hear this guy, I have no doubts he'll fit the band (I've got their latest album and have had it ever since it came out, but still haven't even listened to it yet )
thomas definitely brings a different style to TMV, but i like it a lot. TMV is glad to have thomas, and thomas is glad to have tmv = win/win
blackwell is up there in amazing jazz drummers. definitely good, but a lot of people give him shit for using a 2x bass; i say, if you can use it sparingly, go ahead.
both the g9 and the revolution are corded, or have a corded version.
ive gamed with the revolution, and it was pretty sick. if i was to upgrade from my 518, i would get a revolution for sure. g9 is a bit to gimmicky imo.

Rush is a great band as well; saw them live a few years ago. its a very different style of drumming, and Neil Peart is definitely talented.
but thats why i made this thread. people have opinions on stuff like this.

post drummers who you think are bitching.
imo, Thomas Pridgen is the best out there right now.
also, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQh0WPKp8Ds . even better live imo. he also plays jazz. and no 2x bass.

for reals tho,
help your brother realize that he can't solve the problem on his own; have him, not your parents (unless they dont listen/believe him), talk to someone in the administration about it. i remember solvin a lot of problems that way in middle school...god that was a long time ago.

omgsex. it might finally be time to upgrade my x1900xt
both are fake, but the 1st ones done way more realistic than the 2nd.
lol
the modest mouse concert was awesome, esp because it was the end of a 3-day TUF-LAN. the Bend Amphitheater isnt that great though; for an outdoor venue the acoustics were terroible, and thats hard to pull off, as outdoor venues almost always sound remarkably better than indoors, but thats prob. just me being a cynic. coulda been louder too; their PA was weak.
but the show itself was very good. one of the top 10 concerts ive been to.

i have NEVER been dissappointed with going with polk audio speakers for home theater. my cousins got these (these 2 front, bookshelf version for rears, CSi mid) and they were amazing. got a similar setup now and could not be more pleased.
ive always preferred the logitech mice to razor, but its personal more than anything.
FF3 is the best thing to happen to web browsing since tabs.
the logitech harmony remotes are by far the best all-in-ones out there. you can do literally anything.
steam uses less resources then xfire, msn, any web browser, and about the same as ventrilo. for an app that automatically updates your games, etc, its very well built and convinient.
however, today it decided to not recognize all the games i have bought thrugh steam for some reason. theyre on the disk in the right folder, but it wants me to install them. as of now ive found no workaround; ticket into steamsupport as we speak.

Snayl- "Lets All Have a Future" and "Lets All Have a Future Bside" (piano jazz version).
hammachi is good until it starts giving your internet microgaps that fuck everything up. the latest version hasn't done it to me yet, but if your downloads start cancelling and you start getting booted off of Battle.net, etc, uninstall it and youll be good (just disabling the hamachi adapter doesnt work).
hes good, but not amazing. no, i can't do better, but i've seen quite a few people who can.
my isp was the culprit last time this happened to me, but the time before that my nic went bad and started blocking ports at random.
sups right though; unless he only produces white stripes albums, i think he should know better. maybe theres some sort of cover or something.
subways healthful eating shit is a marketing scam.
quiznos is better, but was always more expensive, but now they have their 5$ regular sub deal or something so its not so bad.

honestly, ive always been able to tell when somethings behind me or in front of me with regular headphones....i use oldschool HD430's, but they sound amazing (ive actually had offers of $140 for them, apparently theyre the best headphones for vocals out there. go figure).

The Mars Volta - 2008.02.24 Huxley's Berlin, DE
probably the best performance of their euro tour, and maybe their 2008 tour so far.

high school was a joke that you kinda have to take at least somewhat seriously to get into real school.
graduation is june 6, and we have finals all the way up to the 5th. prom was 2 weeks ago and everything besides the actual prom was awsm. prom itself blew; maybe cause im not cultured enough to know every dance to songs that are actually dances (YOoUUUUUU).
day after graduation is Return To Forever, which is gonna be amazing. then its off to alaska to make hella bank workin in a fish processing plant. then its off to real school.

by "im going", do you mean DCFC, or Modest Mouse, or carpooling with us up the The Mars Volta?
