I feel like the first 3 episodes have been tiresome side quests. . .
I guess they got to the barn now, which is a major development.

Thanks for the advice guys! Will do.
Got a legal question for y'all.
I have a Ruger Mini 14 which was manufactured in 1992. I live in New York State. Now, according to the assault weapon ban weapons made after 1994 can only have two off of the list of "evil" features. Currently, I have one (barrel is threaded for a flash supressor). If I was to add a pistol grip and telescoping stock would I be exempt from the ban because my carbine was manufactured before the ban, or still included in the ban because I would be modifying it to fall under the label of an assault weapon after the ban?
Thanks in advance!

League of Legends Season 2 will have a prize pool of $5 Million. Really interested to see how e-sports continue to grow over the next few years.
For gaming I have been very happy with the two Steelseries headsets I have owned. Very comfy and great mike quality. I liked my siberias better then my 7H's.
Personally I would get the Sennheiser 555s and a desktop mike though. Much nicer all round.

Nah, we only had 4 out of five. Too bad you weren't on, it was a funny game.
I wonder how long it will take them to nerf Akali. . .
I think she is especially potent with the minion changes; people have been taking squishier tower pushers instead of tanks to combat the minion pushing/backdooring instead of the regular tanky dps/caster/tank spread.
The only real way to combat a fed Akali is a silence and hard crowd control. Or a very tanky team, tanky teams are a bitch for Akali.

What elo are you guys playing at? Any decent tank will completely counter him with CC. If your tanks are failing kite and then turn. In a team fight, good positioning (tanks in front, squishes in back) will easily defeat him.
If your having trouble with him in particular, try taking someone with either a stun or good mobility. Additionally, a well place ignite will often take him down.

I play Viola and Electric Guitar. Here is a short video of my brother and I improving while bored. Nothing planned/composed ahead of time.

Garen is nerffed to hell as a fighter, still works well as a tank. I would wait on buying Jarvan until we know if he is viable or not.Kampframmer wrote:
I almost always play with Vlad and Morde (sometimes kayle). So i already have a caster and a tank, now i want a sort of fighter champion.
So... Garen or Jarvan?
Some decent fighters to consider are Xin, Jax, or Yi.
Don't be obsessive; I wouldn't text her again unless you meet her in person again. Ya know what I mean? If you see her in person, you have a reason to text her. If you have no reason, don't text.Jaekus wrote:
Yeah I was kinda hovering after a while, especially the more my judgement got worse. Dumb mistake. I got along great with one of her friends, he plays in a band too and he'd said he'd come to my next gig and I'm gonna go to his, plus the other girl I met lives just up the road, has a boyfriend but I wasn't really interested anyway. She said she'd come to my gig too. Hopefully some good feedback might bring her around, unless of course I meet someone else in the meantime...
There are PLENTY of other fish in the sea who don't already have a bad first impression. I would push this one to the back of your head and not even bother with it. If it works out somewhere down the road, great. If it doesn't, you haven't wasted any time or effort on it.
Wallpaper, I seriously dig your lighting.
I live off the Hudson river; the Ice was quite thick but we had a quick thaw and a bit of water pooled on top of the ice. It was. . . kind of strong. My brother was not peeing, more of a pelvic thrust. . .
Heres one more from the thaw;
Thanks! The panorama was around 6 shots, sadly I do not (yet) have a wide angle lens.burnzz wrote:

wasn't the acid mixed with the infected flesh he had? I thought that was weird anyways
Yeah, it definitely burned through both gloves, and if it got through those gloves wouldn't it also burn INTO his skin? I bet hes infected
God knows its rude to ask about finances but this is an internet gaming forum so what the hell. Were you able to purchase these cars outright? Or is there a loan involved?Toilet Sex wrote:

I use this pair of headphones currently - the sound quality is great, but if you have a big head it will take quite some time for them to become comfortable. They are billed as a noise canceling headphone, which in this case just means that the headphone clamps together with a LOT of pressure. Only after several months of daily use have they reached the point where they don't hurt after a few hours.Airwolf wrote:

Can highly recommend these bad-boys. Nice powerful bass with a decent mid to high. I got my pair for £50, so I guess it'd be like $75
Anyway they're awesome. You're missing out.
Epic! Wish I was able to do that kind of stuff. Makes my mountain biking look boring.
I had the same issue, I used a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter (eliminating the monitors grounding) and the flickering went away.

I prefer Paintball, because the goal is not to simulate war. The "guns" shoot "bullets" but the similarities stop there. Range, rate of fire and maybe most importantly all concealment being cover lead to (surprise surprise) paintball being very different from any actual combat engagement. Speedball takes this to another level altogether, ditching all attempts at military realism.
I guess I prefer paintball, because when you hit the field your goal is to play paintball, not "play" war.

I'm just surprised whoever was filming didn't have the common sense to tell the guy the train was coming. . .

When your DNA is a 100% match it sure has a lot to do with how you look ...
I agree! My statement was not accurate. Thank you for the correction.[HOF]Mercenary wrote:
I guess a more appropriate statement would have been, "Identical twins do not necessarily look exactly the same. Sharing DNA is what technically decides identical vs fraternal."
Well of course the majority of identical twins look similar, but it is a result of the twins coming from a single egg which splits in the womb. Sharing genetics makes identical twins identical, not, technically, how they look. Looking the same, in my opinion, is a side effect of sharing the same genetics.Varegg wrote:

Of course identical vs fraternal has very much to do with how you look ... identical twins have if at all very tiny differences seeing as they come from the same egg while fraternal is two seperate eggs getting fertilized ... even the article you linked from states that very fact ...
So if you look much different from your twin you are not identical but just a sibling with the same birthday aka two sperms and two eggs ...
And yes I am a father of twins ...
Of course, I never said that me and my brother l look different, I merely stated that my adopted sister and her supposed twin look more similair then my brother and I.
I guess a more appropriate statement would have been, "Identical twins do not necessarily look exactly the same. Sharing DNA is what technically decides identical vs fraternal."
Well, I believe for a lot of people what you are getting at may be true. People, if they're going to go to the trouble want the recognition for adopting the kid.Mekstizzle wrote:
Why do so many americans adopt from China and such? Why can't you start closer to home?
Even super red white and blue patriots like FEOS adopt from red China
In my families case, each of the children we have adopted has had a major "problem" that we can afford to provide treatment for, but most families could not. For example, in this case, my sister has cleft pallet. Paying for plastic surgeons for multiple operations is not something most people can provide funding for.
My little brother (born in Mongolia) is missing three of the fingers on his right hand. It is not genetic, but rather the result of parental abuse before he was admitted to the orphanage. In his case, we (meaning of course my father) paid for an operation that would have used two of his toes as fingers, hopefully enabling him to use the hand. Unfortunately, my little brother was allergic to the anesthetic and the operation was not able to be performed.
I guess my point is that there are compelling reasons to adopt internally and to foreign countries. For example, internally, kids will grow up in foster homes. Not optimal, but they will get a formal education. In Russia, if a kid hasn't been adopted by 15 he or she is kicked out of the orphanage.
Not sure if srs. . . Identical vs Fraternal has nothing to do with how you look. Trust me, I know the difference and I am identical.FFLink wrote:

Background info:
I live in a family of 10, 4 of us are biological, the other 4 are adopted (3 from Russia 1 from China).
This morning, we received a call from the adoption agency we used to adopt my sister from China (adoption agencies handle the paper work, contacting orphanages etc). Here is an excerpt from a message that was passed on from the orphanage from which my sister was adopted from:
We are getting DNA testing done, but if it is in fact the identical twin, we will do our best to adopt her.

Now, we would call bullshit on this, but my sister has always maintained that she had a sister; we always thought she was referring to a friend or such at the orphanage. Also, they sent a recent picture and they look exactly the same. Now, I am an identical twin too, but my brother and I look nowhere close to this similar. In April of 2010, (name removed) applied to our institute for international adoption. She
said she had an identical twin sister who had been adopted in America several years ago. She said
when she was young her caregiver told her this adoption. But she had no impression (sic)
on this caregiver.
After checking (name removed)’s file, there has no information (sic) indicating that she has
a sister. But after checking international adoption children’s files, we find a child
named (name removed) has similar information as (name removed). They were both born on
6-1-1997. They are both from Humen County. They both have cleft lip (rare genetic disorder) and their
baby photos looks like each other.
We are getting DNA testing done, but if it is in fact the identical twin, we will do our best to adopt her.
