The guy's name list is really boring. You shouldn't name your kid Apple or something but Mason is just terrible.
When it comes to names what I heard you should do is give the kid a common normal first name and an unique or uncommon middle. The child can just abbreviate or initial the middle name until they become adults and decide to maybe use their middle.
