Just figured out there are townhouses in my area that sell for much less than $200K. I might actually be able to afford my own houseif I save up for a big down payment, I didn't think I'd see that possibility until I was in my late 20s or possibly ever.

Only thing is property taxes in PG county are horrible and I'm not sure if I want this to be the job I'm stuck in for 15 to 30 years trying to pay off a mortgage with.

Still exciting to see that a house is within my reach and with the right job and pay it might be worth it. I thought I'd have to settle for an apartment in some other city that I've never been to in my life.

Woke up, had a dip in the pool and some cocktails on the beach. Nap, then lunch and more cocktails. Sex followed by another nap, then woke my girlfriend up for a great Italian dinner. She's asleep now and I'm deciding whether to explore the nightlife. So far it's the end of day one on Koh Samui and I'm loving it already

yeah pretty much.

Hotels in Koh Samui serve pretty good western dishes It's great to eat thai food for like half the week then its too overwhelming for me lol.

My friend does that too, he always feels really guilty about not paying me back fast enough but I know he's good for it and I make bank at the moment so I never even sweat it.

Yep, that happens too. Lent another one of my friends $75 so he could buy his son a fancy cake for his first birthday and not look like a broke careless loser in front of his ex that he still wanted to get back with(likely just to cheat on her again over and over). Dodged my texts and never paid me back, now he lives in Florida with his enabling mother. I had some good memories with him but he was such a manipulative piece of shit when it came to money or pussy or getting rides from people.
