DFI will keep the partnership with Thermalright, release a X48-T2R+cooler bundle tomorrow in Taiwan area. IT IS MASSIVE, and will be expensive..let’s just let pics talk:

It a graphics card cooler. Its just placed that way, its not actually coming from the pci slot.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. You have no place in the tech forums my dear fellow Though they must be fugly to have their heads cut from the shot.

And looking at the size and awkwardness of most of that cooling I'm glad I only got the 120 Extreme, the rest just gets in the way, especially that NB cooler, lose and entire PCIe slot just for a bit of extra cooling? I think not. The one sticking out the back of the case is a great idea though, makes good use of the rear exhaust fan, RAM coolers are a bit kack too, stops you mounting the 120 horizontally, which is what you'd be doing if you have top mounted exhaust fans as it works better that way.

They had better supply some serious backplate support for that. Without it, you would certainly damage your motherboard over time from supporting all that excess weight.

You'd be supprised how light they all are, the CPU cooler does have a backplate though.
