It depends what mood I'm in and if they're good donuts or cheap shit. I love good ones with Jam in. Hate one with a chocolate filling, its just wrong

Yes but they have to be fresh.

1st choice cooked fresh down Barry Island (the fry them infront of you)
2nd cooked fresh by Tesco's or Asda's.

I don't like the silly ring ones with chocolate and gay decorations on ie, Hundreds and Thousands.

Tim Hortons doughnuts kick ass.  I like their soup in a bread bowl too.

The proper way, "doughnuts".

The wrong way, "donuts".

Well, the material used to make them is spelled dough, is it not?  I always learned to spell it doughnuts. I guess I'm not really sure, but the spell checker doesn't seem to like doughnuts, but doesn't seem to mind donut?  My guess is donut is an American basterized version of doughnut.

It is Doughnuts but for marketing/advertisements use "Donuts"

But did you notice that the spell checker, which is based on "US English" doesn't like doughnuts, but accepts donuts?

I don't think butter filled donuts even exist.

I like jam donuts, or the ones with sprinkles, or the orange tiger striped ones that Greggs sells.

My spell check does the same thing. I thought it was a slang but looking in Webster Dictionary it is an official word.
