Mine is asparagus.  I love asparagus.  Seriously.  Nothing is better.  Green beans come close in goodness, but, ehhh, not quite.

What is your favorite vegetable?

Edit:  Website.

Broccoli is good.  Asparagus when its cooked the way I like it is good too.  Salads can be pretty dope so all lettuces and spinaches are cool, not a fan of cabbage though.  Tomatoes are bomb, as are potatoes.

I, for one, can't justify eating meat that comes from animals that were raised for slaughter in what I consider inhumane conditions and slaughtered by some person in some factory, when I look at where meat generally comes from, industrialized murder doesn't taste too great.  And after working with and seeing so much animal/human muscle it would be really hard for me to eat muscle.. or "meat", knowing where it comes from, what it actually looks like... but that's just me.

Only one vegetable that I can think of that just sucks.  RADISHES.  Radishes suck.

If you were to take Tabasco sauce, and mix it with dirt, thats what radishes taste like.
