So for christmas santa brought me a brand new spanking Xbox Elite. It's awesome. I've set up a live account and have it connected it to the internet. When I test my connection, it passes. But when I test Media Sharing, it fails. it says that it can't find my computer on the network with media sharing enable.
So i started to troubleshoot. I read this http://www.xbox.com/en-US/pcsetup/xpsp2.htm and tried it, but when I enable it, my computer freezes for a second and doesn't save the setting. I also don't have the option of which devices to share like im suppose to from the guide. Heres a screenie
I've tried downloading the zune software, but when I click apply in the media settings, my computer restarts.
Please, need help
btw my game tag is Xblade3o5
o and one more question, how do i patch games and the system?

Im using a Linksys WRT54G router. I managed to get into the media sharing screen by starting some services, but every time I click on cancel or ok, my computer restarts. Same thing under the zune software and all other software that have media sharing.
