I checked out this list and was dismayed at the fact that I didn't know what 98% of the abbreviations mean.

I think most people that text and stuff are girls, or do you guys know what the hell that stuff means?

WTF? Why in the world would you take every phrase you use and shorten it to the first letter of each word? Thats just asinine. Oh, and I knew probably 10% of them, but never use even 10% of the 10% I know.
