It was a little long to make a post so just go to the link.

When I first read the title I was slightly skeptic, after reading it I began to think is America turning into a fascist government?

I always thought Bush was a fascist but i never notice the similarities to that and Russia/Nazi Germany and Mussolini Italy

I see a lot of Bush administration acts mentioned. However, this is far from the first time that has been said about the President. If there is a descent into facism, it is as described in the title---slow. Perhaps the goal of a gradual change would be to try and slip it by the public. I trust there are enough smart people in this country to avoid that happening, but if not, I owe that lady a Coke (as an expression since Coke is awful anyway).

Besides, America already has a history of fascist moves, like the things the government did during the Red Scare.  We never descended into total fascism, but we do periodically dabble in it.

It's kind of a guilty pleasure of our government that they thankfully can only do for short periods at a time.
