Name Hack?

I have heard many rumors of a new hack. One that allows a player to change their PID to whatever they want. I saw evidence of this last night. I was playing on a Warlord server, and a player with the PID -=RD=-Volx was playing, except he was a 4 striper.
After a few instant headshot kills I alt tabbed out of the game and came to bf2s to see if it was indeed Volx and if he had been reset, but it wasn't, Volx was offline and still a colonel. Anyone else seen anything of the kind?

I have heard that if they ban a player using the name hack, for example the guy using Volxs name, then it doesn't go against the hackers stats but instead Volx's stats. Which means that someone could use your PID, get banned from a server, therefore you would be banned and not the hacker. Again this is just what I have heard.

Yep I saw someone called GOOGLE his name was larger than normal and in orange. Then he spammed the text msging with large a web address for the haxing site.

It actually kinda is like that. See I used to get an adrenaline rush from pissing off all the people by rushing their bases with engy's all the time, But after awhile it got boring, So i started toying with them a bit by wiping out their base and only letting one unit live or one building stay up, But that also got boring so i bought the HL pack with the expansions and saw how it was to get killed by hackers over and over again, So i quit and i've been clean ever since.
