hack or bug?

a mate got banned from a server, because he was accused for using a hack.

the admin presented a cropped punkbusterscreen as a "proof". it is not the complete pbscreen. the admin erased the parts, which he thought, were not important:

do you think, that this is proof for a hack? only strange thing is, that the distance of the enemy is shown. couldn´t it also be a bug? what do you think?

um, you can make your crosshair purple, its not a hack.

PB often takes ss at random so black hearted admins can ban someone when its quiet on the server ......

Anywho, NO that is NOT a glitch/hack/bug, well at least not to me couse it happens all the time, if i keep my crosshair on an enemy for a bit, his name comes up. Actually...come to think of it i haven't seen that distance indicator.

i NEVER recall seeing ANY distance tags on enemies. that my friends is a cheat. just because the person isnt lit up like a christmas tree doesnt mean that he isnt cheating.

its not a hack..
it happens sometimes when you hover your crosshair over an enemy whos just been revived, and you are a medic as well.

it happens very rarely though :p, but not much that it can be exploited in anyway.

Its a bug it happens when the enemy calls for a medic or ammo and when he does that the distance shows.
